When registered, whether the condition part is conformed or not is decided. When conformed, processing registered in this execution part is performed. When not conformed, the other rule is successively decided, and when not conformed to any rule, predetermined control is performed.

An elevator ring analyzing parameter matching the obtained control method is produced, and the service state of an elevator to each floor and the frequency thereof are analyzed to determine service performance.
