摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an inspection jig easy to handle and having high inspection accuracy by providing stepped parts each having a width dimension larger than the diameter of a light spot irradiated from a detector, on a face plate in a combination of a plurality of rows. CONSTITUTION:Stepped parts 2 each having a width dimension larger than the diameter D of a light spot irradiated from an optical type fault detector and having a thickness dimension d of several steps, is provided on a face plate 1 in a combination of a plurality of rows. For example, on the surface of the silicone wafer 1, there are provided rectilear silicone stepped parts 2 each having the thickness d of suitable four steps, and a pattern width w larger than the diameter D of the light spot irradiated are arranged and formed, four each in three directions, i.e., rectangular direction, and 45 deg. direction. The relation of a scattered light detecting signal voltage v of the light receiver 4 with respect to the thickness d of the stepped part is measured in advance, and the measured relation is used for the presumption of the size of the fault forming a linear shape and inspection of the detection function of the detector.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to generate the defect distribution graph of a large- size plate, by scanning the surface of the plate with a light spot and by subjecting the scattered light from the plate to photoelectric conversion to obtain defect examination data. CONSTITUTION:Plate 1 to be examined is put on stand 2. Stand 2 moves in the y axis direction on stand 4, and meanwhile, stand 4 moves in the x axis direction. By their movement, plate 1 is positioned in the x axis direction and the y axis direction. Light beam 10 from light source 9 is vibrated at a fixed period in the x axis direction by vibrating mirror 11, and the scattered light from a defective place of the surface of the plate is detected by photoelectric converter 14. On a basis of obtained defect examination data, a defect distribution graph corresponding to positions on the plate surface is generated.

摘要： An improved method of manufacturing a semiconductor device employs a local oxidation process in which an oxide isolation region is formed by locally oxidizing a silicon epitaxial layer, using a nitride-oxide double layer for masking purposes, with a P type region being formed by the diffusion of an impurity into the silicon epitaxial layer using the oxide isolation region, which has an "oxide beak", as a diffusion mask. An additional region of the same conductivity type as the P type diffused region is provided to be contiguous to the P type diffused region, so that a PN junction terminates at a silicon surface remote from the electrode to be connected to the P diffused region.

摘要： In a communication network, in which a plurality of switching nodes (A, B, C, D) are connected with each other through a plurality of relay lines and one (A) of the switching nodes acts as a center node for network routing, the center node (A) estimates the state of delay of data for every relay line on the basis of information previously inputted, indicating the communication network configuration, and the state of delay of data reported by each of the switching nodes, and informs each of the switching nodes (B, C, D) of said estimated state of delay of data. Each of the switching nodes (B, C, D) decides the relay line giving the shortest delay of data for every destination, to which it outputs data, on the basis of the state of delay at the relevant switching node itself and that received from the center node (A).
