摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize and to make compact disk carrying path by carrying a disk along a carrying loop path while positioning the disk-sustaining means in respective working chambers by using a rotary index type carrying means and forming a film onto the inside and outside of the disk simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The main body of the device 1 is constituted of a fixed housing 2 of almost circular shape and a hollow rotary carrying drum 3. The delivery of disk D is executed by the disk chacking unit 22 between a disk handling means 25 and a spindle 12 provided in a carrying in-and-out chamber 4a of the disk. Then, a drum 3 is rotated by about 60 deg. stepwise and the disk D is carried by passing along a path 5 through a heating chamber 4b, a primary ground layer forming chamber 4c, a secondary ground layer forming chamber 4d, a magnetic film forming chamber 4c and to a protective film forming chamber 4f successively, and after finishing all of these treatments, the treated disk D is taken out from the carrying-in and-out chamber 4a. By this method, reduction of vacuum zone space for the main body device 1 is attained.

As the result, the disk to be moved can be always shifted to a positioning part at the top of the chuck piece and delivered from the position to a disk holding means. Even when collecting the disk from the disk holding means, the disk can be always received at the positioning part at the top of the chuck piece since the disk can be successively fed backward in pitching. Thus, the work for delivering and receiving the disk can be exactly executed at high speed.

The work 1, on which a decision is given as a defective product after inspection, is cut off subsequently by a defective product-cutting part. After the defective product has been removed, the good works 1 are fed to a temporary-taping-body isolating part, and the pin 48 attached to a movable block 46 is inserted into the punch hole 4 of the work pinching tape 2. Then, the movable block 46 is shifted in the direction separating from the works 1, and the works 1 are removed from the tape 2. Subsequently, the separated works 1 are sent to a taping part, and a taping work is conducted using a taping material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable automation by displacing a base plate with a press roller in the upper part of a container, which is to accommodate zigzagly a band with electronic parts adhered to, and cutting the band with a cutter nipped. CONSTITUTION:A pair of folding mechanisms 12 are installed over a container to accommodate a band zigzagged, wherein electronic parts are adhered to said band. Cylinder 14 of one of the folding mechanisms 12 is actuated, and a base plate 13 is displaced onto the container, and the band is sent out onto said base plate 13. When seam is placed, cylinder 21 is actuated to locate a cutter 18 on the band, and a press roller 17 is actuated by cylinder 16 to fold the band zigzagged at the seam. The base plate 13 and press roller 17 are restituted, and the other folding mechanism 12 is actuated, and now zigzag folding is made alike from opposite side. When a certain number of foldings are finished, the band is cut by the cutter 18, and the container is replaced. Thus all processes for taping, zigzag folding, and accommodation of pieces in a certain number are accommodated.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of round parts 1 are arranged at an equi-space on the circumferential surface of a main loader 6 and rotated continuously. The round part 1 taken out with a rotary loader 3 is transferred to the main loader 6. It is shifted roughly by a half circumference, printed with a specified mark by means of a transfer drum 9 and then, transferred to the subsequent process with a chain 8. The transfer drum 9 is rotated at so higher a speed than the main loader 6 that the difference in the speed is created to effect the printing of the mark on the circumference of the part 1. This enables the continuous printing of round parts thereby improving the printing efficiency greatly.
