摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car structure in which a buffer enters into the inside of a car lower frame and a hoistway pit depth can be reduced by installing a buffer receiver at the inside of the car lower frame. SOLUTION: At a location colliding against a buffer 12 installed at a hoistway pit at the inside of a car lower frame 8, a buffer receiver 11 is arranged. SOLUTION: A car 1 is stopped in a specified height H at which an operator can easily confirm operation and perform work of an emergency stopping device 50 from a hall 40. That is, the operator contacts a roller with a guide rail 60 by hooking a key-shaped jig 10 between a lower frame 1a of the car 1 and a lever 52 by upward raising the lever 52 being an emergency stopping connecting shaft of the emergency stopping device arranged in the lower frame 1a of the car 1 from the hall 40 without getting down in a pit 30. After confirming that an emergency stopping operation detecting switch 56 is turned off, the operator issues a descent command by an operation button to stop the car 1 since the roller contacts with the guide rail 60.

The suspension pulley 15 is arranged close to the guide rails 2 to the center of gravity of the car 10. A position of this suspension pulley 15 exists on the guide rail 2 side more than the center of gravity of the car to reduce an unbalanced load applied to guide devices 5a, 5b arranged in upper/lower parts of the car frame 30 to thereby facilitate clearance adjusting work of the guide devices 5a, 5b and an emergency stopper 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items by arranging a car swing preventive guide device only in the vicinity of a door opening/closing device in the vicinity of landings of the respective floors. SOLUTION: This guide device 4 is arranged in the vicinity of door opening/ closing parts of the respective floors to guide rails 3a, 3b. This guide device 4 is, for example, a molded bending rail. With this constitution, since the guide device 4 is installed in landings of the respective floors, the positional relationship between the landing and a cage 2 can be surely fixed in a door opening/ closing area. Thus, the relationship between a car door 6 and a landing door 7 can be regulated to a specified value. Since there is no need to arrange the guide device 4 over the whole hoistway 1, the number of part items such as a rail and a bracket for fixing the building side and the rail can be reduced. Installing time manhours can be reduced by reducing the number of part items to reduce a cost of an elevator.

At the attaching/detaching time of the lighting cover, the maintenance personel of the elevator can remove the lighting cover at the maintenance and inspection time and operate the apparatus 5 in the cage from the inside of the cage by the attaching/detaching manual of the ceiling lighting cover 6. At the operation time of the apparatus 5 in the cage, the operation can be carried out by bringing up slantly without removing the lighting cover 6.

A folded molding steel 22 is fitted to the opposite surface side of the steel 21, and two steels 21 and 22 are fixed, thereby constituting one counterweight frame 20. An auxiliary weight 23 has a slightly smaller width than the groove portion of the steel 21, and is made into a flat shape having height same as that of the steel 21. At the time of installation, a worker puts the weight 23 of the number parts of the folded height part of the steel 21 into the groove portion of the steel 21 from the direct lateral, and then the steel 22 on the opposite surface side is matchedly fixed to the steel 21.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device for an elevator capable of facilitating the adjustment of an interval between rollers according to the rail width of a guide rail. SOLUTION: This guide device 1 is provided with roller brackets 2, 3. The roller bracket 2 is fixed with rollers 4, 5 and the roller bracket 3 with a roller 6 so as to rotate respectively. The roller 4 is brought into contact with the top surface of a guide rail 7 and the rollers 5, 6 with both side surfaces of the guide rail 7 respectively. The roller bracket 2 is formed with two bolt holes 2D and the roller bracket 3 with two bolt holes 3D respectively. The bolt holes 3D are formed into a slotted hole shape so that the bolts inserted into the bolt holes 3D are movable in the direction (B direction) of rail width of the guide rail 7. It is thus possible to adjust an interval between the rollers 5, 6 according to the rail width of the guide rail 7.
