摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the strength of an input side body of revolution (clutch element) where no creaking sound (frictional sound) in the engagement of a friction-engagement type electromagnetic clutch is generated and the belt load for power transmission is applied by taking into consideration a section modulus of a bridge part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of inside slits 23a-23f and outside slits 24a-24d whose diameters are larger and whose number is less than the respective values of the inside slits are arranged concentrically to a friction plate part 21 of an input side body of revolution 20 out of clutch elements (the input side body of revolution 20 and output side body of revolution 7) of an electromagnetic clutch. A bridge width of inside bridge parts 25b, 25c, 25e, 25f whose relative angle of deviation relative to the outside slit space (outside bridge parts 29a-29d) out of the slit space (inside bridge parts 25a-25f) of the inside slits 23a-23f is small is set larger than that of inside bridge parts 25a, 25d whose relative angle of deviation is large.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the necessary installation space for an air mixing door by installing a rail member for guiding the turning top edge part of the air mixing door in the vicinity of the discharge port of a blower and installing a shaft rail in elliptical hole form on the pivotal supporting side of the air mixing door. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner 11 is equipped with a heater core 3 on the downstream side of a blower 1, air mixing door 2 for adjusting the flow rate ratio of the air stream passing through the heater core 3 and the air stream making a detour around the heater core 3, and a variety of blow-out ports 4-6. In order to guide the air mixing door 2 to each position in this case, a door rail 12 is laid along the discharge port 1a of the blower 1. Further, a shaft rail 10 in elliptical hole form into which a supporting shaft 13 for rotatably supporting the air mixing door 2 is fitted is formed into an air mixing door 2. The opening degree of the air mixing door 2 is adjusted by turning a lever 16 fixed onto one edge of the supporting shaft 13 by the operation of a wire 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the use of the title structure for automobile, by a method wherein the main body of a humidifier is provided with a leaf spring and a feed water tank is provided with a spring receptor respectively so that the leaf spring is retained automatically to the spring receptor upon mounting the feed water tank, in the mounting structure of the title feed water tank of cartridge type. CONSTITUTION:When a feed water tank 1 is mounted to the main body case 5 of an ultrasonic humidifier orthogonally to the surface of paper, a spring receptor 2, having L-shape section, is engaged with the chevron type bent part of a leaf spring 5a and the leaf spring is fixed by the deflecting force thereof. The attaching and detaching forces of the leaf spring are determined by the angle of chevron shape bent part of the spring 5. a contact angle between the spring and the receptor 2 and the deflecting force of the leaf spring 5a. When water in the tank 1 freezes and floats up, the floatation is absorbed by the bent part whereby the fixed condition of the tank may be maintained. According to this constitution, the title structure may be mounted on an automobile and may cope with the freezing of water in the tank.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress wear of a side plate and to improve reliability by forming chamfering (escape), having an area larger than that of chamfering of the end surface of a tip seal, in the end part of the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 2 is rotated, the increase and the decrease of the volumes of compression chambers 9a, 9b, and 9c formed with a rotor 1, a cylinder 7, a vane 10, a tip seal 13, and side plates F, R3, and 8 are repeated to provide the function of a compressor. In this case, even when the tip seal 13 is rolled in an inclination state on an inner peripheral surface 7a of the cylinder 7 bent as a result of a bolt being fastened, since chamfering lB (larger than chamfering $1A of the end surface of the tip seal) is formed in two end parts 7b and 7c of the inner periphery of the cylinder, a speed difference between two end surfaces 13a and 13b of the tip seal is difficult to produce. This constitution reduces axial thrust of the tip seal 13 and suppresses wear of a side plate F or R3 due to the tip seal 13.

The lubrication oil 12 is thus supplied uniformly to slide surfaces 9c, 9d between the vane 9 and the side plates F, R, 3, 7 uniformly. Lubrication to the chip seal 13 is performed simultaneously.
