摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a precision of processing a curve surface of a blade, by supporting the blade by means of a stem supporting member and a center supporting member and by regulating a position of a beam, on which a cross section gauge is secured, by means of a block gauge. CONSTITUTION:A blade 1 is inserted into a blade supporting member 46, and is fastened by screwing two press screws 48, 48. Next, the blade supporting member is inserted into a stem supporting member 16 for securing. Positioning of a cross section position 2 is performed by locating a block gauge 50 being equal to a size l between a stopper 45 and a base 7. And positioning in the vertical direction is performed by situating a block gauge 51 being equivalent to a size L between the base 7 and a beam 28 securing the base 7 and a cross section gauge 29.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure finish high accurate and high efficient even from either side of inside and outside, by erecting squares at the both sides of a stem receiver vertically supporting a stem portion of a runner blade, and by placing gauges on bridges bridged on the squares. CONSTITUTION:Two reference bases 5 and auxiliary bases 6 corresponding to the bases 5 are arranged, and positioned by means of a joint plate 7. Reference slide plates 10 are mounted to squares 8 on the reference bases 5 and auxiliary slide plates 11 to squares 8 on the auxiliary bases 6, and the slide plates 10, 11 can be slide along each square 8 up and down, and can be fixed by means of bolts 12. The reference slide plates 10 and the auxiliary slide plates 11 are bridged by means of bridges 13, and profile gauges 3, 4 are placed on the bridges. With the height of the bridges 13, height from a base can directly be read by the division graduated on the squares 8 and division plates 14. This device is disposed holding a stem receiver vertically supporting a stem portion of a runner blade.
