    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo-machine including a labyrinth seal easy to fabricate and adapted to prevent unstable vibration of a rotor. SOLUTION: The turbo-machine includes a labyrinth seal 2 formed by dividing the seal into segments 7 in a circumferential direction and combining the segments 7 whose comb teeth 5 differ in height. The labyrinth seal 2 preferably includes two kinds of segments 7 whose comb teeth 5 differ in height for each kind of segment. Segments 7a of the greater height of the comb tooth 5 are arranged in a certain reference direction on a cross section right-angled to a rotational axis, and in a direction opposite to the reference direction. Segments 7b of the smaller height of the comb tooth 5 are arranged in a direction right-angled to the reference direction, and in a direction opposite to the direction right-angled to the reference direction. SOLUTION: The turbomachine is equipped with a rotor having a plurality of moving blades extended in the radial direction on its outer periphery, a casing rotatably holding the rotor thereinside and forming a flow passage for leading a fluid to the moving blades to the rotor, and a plurality of variable stator blades distributed in the circumferential direction in the flow passage formed in the casing and in which mounting angles can be changed during the partial rotation speed operation. The variable stator blades are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the casing and the change amount of mounting angles during the partial rotation speed operation are non-uniform. Then these values Ck' are updated. Thus it is possible to obtain a high speed controller which is immune to the noises and errors and can extremely shorten the calculating time.
