    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stiffen a lap winding end portion low in lap stiffness in particular, which is located at a place where intake gas is enclosed by a turning scroll, by locally thickening the lap outer line outwardly in the radial direction at a place where the winding end portion of a turning scroll lap outer line is located. SOLUTION: A turning scroll 5 to be incorporated with a compression mechanism part has a lap winding end portion 5f thickened for example, in a range of 5h outwardly in the radial direction at a place out of a turning scroll lap outer line position 5g where intake gas is enclosed while being formed together with a stationary scroll inner line out of the two most hermetic chambers. Therefore, in a compression stroke by the turning scroll and the stationary scroll when intake gas is enclosed, strikes are reduced between the winding end portion of the turning scroll inner line and the winding end portion of the stationary scroll outer line, and an increase in input caused by lap striking and the degradation of reliability due to lap rupture caused by lap striking are thereby improved.

    • PURPOSE:To utilize viscosity pumping effect with the rotation of a rotor itself, filling the required section with stable oil at all times and prevent gas leakage from a rotor deddendum section to the side of a bearing by forming a spiral groove on a shaft orthogonal with the edge of a rotor tooth. CONSTITUTION:Low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas sucked from the side of a drive motor 16 is compressed by reducing the geared tooth profile space of a pair of male and female rotors 2 and 3 housed in a casing 1. Also, for compressing reaction in compression stroke, a thrust load is supported with ball bearings 11 and 12, while a radial load is supported with roller bearings 10, 13, 14 and 15. Also, oil is fed from an oil chamber exposed to delivery gas to a rotor deddendum shaft via an oil passage 23. In this case, a spiral groove 22 is formed on the rotor deddendum shaft section. Also, oil is fed from an oil groove 21 toward a tooth edge, with pumping effect available from the rotation of a rotor in the compression stroke. According to the aforesaid construction, a gap between the rotor deddendum shaft section and D-cover 4 as the enclosure thereof, and a casing inner surface is always filled with oil.
