    • PURPOSE:To enable the term of construction work to be shortened by providing a temporary frame for the outdoor assembling work and rails for the sidetrack for a sending-in work in such a manner that they are incorporated in one and located at the same height so that deformation of the assembly in transit for sending-in is suppressed and the temporary opening of a barrack for the sending-in work is miniaturized to a minimum. CONSTITUTION:A condenser that has been assembled up to its lower shell 5 is divided in equal parts parallel to the cooling pipe axis. And then, these parts are sent-in one after another through the temporary opening 8 of a barrack for the sending-in work that is formed as wide as the area of each divided face vertical to the cooling pipe axis by using the sending-in rails 10 incorporated in one with a temporary frame. After they are sent-in, the condenser is moved in the vertical direction of the cooling pipe axis by the use of a space between the wall of the barrack 1 and the normal installation location of the condenser before it is installed at the fixed location. Thereby, the size of the temporary opening 8 of the barrack is made smaller both in height and in width, and the term required for the restoration of the barrack 1 after the sending-in work is shortened. In addition, since a jack-up operation is no more required, and the weight of the assembly is decreased, the deformation of the assembly in transit can be prevented from taking place.

    • PURPOSE:Top accomplish an accurate and rapid operation by setting a device provided with a spot light irradiating device in an omnidirectional type level on the horizontal reference surface of a substance which is an object and setting the leading edge of spot light at a target point. CONSTITUTION:A position detecting device 4 is set in parallel with the reference surface for levelling. At such a time, a distance and a direction between a reaching point 11 on the target 10 of the spot light emitted from the irradiating device which is provided in the detecting device 4 and the central point of the target 10 are shown as displacement between a low pressure external upper casing 1 and a lower casing 2 in a horizontal direction. Namely, when the optical point 11 of the irradiating device and the central point of the target 10 agree with each other, the mutual deviation in the horizontal direction of the upper and lower casings becomes zero. On the other hand, the contact surface of the level with a nut bearing surface 6 is set as the reference surface of a level in the level and the inclination of the level agrees with the inclination against the horizontal surface of a horizontal coupling surface of the upper casing 1. Therefore, the horizontality of the upper casing 1 is kept by keeping the inclination shown in the level zero.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate an alkaline cleaning and reduce the number of steps expenditure by a method wherein atmosphere within a water feeding heater is adjusted during an entire annealing operation to get an effect of annealing and then oil and fat substances adhered to the heating pipe are burned lost. CONSTITUTION:An order of assembly of a water feeding heater is set such that at first a short barrel 2 and a pipe plate 5 are welded, thereafter heating pipes 3 are inserted into holes of the pipe plate 5 and lastly a water chamber 4 is welded and fixed to the pipe plate 5. The heating pipe 3 is kept coated with anti-corrosion agent containing oil and fat substances. Each of the abutting portions of the water feeding heater is connected by a welding operation, so that an annealing is carried out for the device after completion of its assembly. As sealing gas, mixture gas containing oxygen of 1.1% and nitrogen of 98.9% is used. This is applied in order to restrict a concentration of oxygen of lower limit value required for making a complete diminishing of oil and fat substances due to the fact that a burn lost of the oil and fat substance adhered to the surface of the heating pipe 3 is dependent upon a concentration of oxygen in the igniting atmosphere. With this arrangement, the oil and fat substances are completely burned lost and a bad influence of the combustion against the heating pipe 3 can be prevented.
