    • PURPOSE:To enable an efficient cultivation when a medium scale cultivation is required by utilizing a ready-made box unit as a circumstance-shielding unit, attaching respective units to the inside of the box unit or to the outer surface thereof and making the structure monolithic. CONSTITUTION:A box unit 1 is ready made and used for formation of a circumstance-shielding unit and three dimensional cultivation units 2 are arranged in the inside thereof in a U-shaped state. Numberless planting holes are made in the surface thereof in order to grow plants 3 as many as possible and the plants 3 are inserted into the planting holes. A nutrient solution is supplied from a cultivation liquid supplier composed of a nutrient solution tank 4, etc., through the three dimensional cultivation units 2 to the plants 3. An electric light unit composed of lamps 10, etc., is attached to the outer surface in order to applying light to the plants 3 and an air conditioner composed of a refrigerator 18, etc., is attached for controlling the temperature and humidity of the box unit 1. A carbon dioxide gas unit composed of carbon dioxide gas bombs 23, etc., is attached to the outer surface so that a suitable amount of carbon dioxide gas may be supplied to the inside of the box unit 1.

    • PURPOSE:To separate and recover a lightweight material, such as an insulator in wastes from the mixture of mediumweight and heavyweight materials with a high classification rate by feeding a material to be classified onto a vibrating conveyor to transfer it and sending air from above to right beneath to cause the lightweight material to fall to the side of a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A material to be treated thrown in from a throw-in hole 1 is transferred to a vibrating conveyor 3 through a rotary valve 2 in constant quantities. The wind from a fan 4 fitted right overhead flows sideward along a partition plate 5 fitted to the conveyor 3 at a right angle. Since crushed pieces receive vibration, and insulators, etc., of little specific gravity pushed out upward do not undergo much change in susceptibility to flying by the wind direction, they are carried on the wind flowing side ward and fall from the side end of the conveyor 3. On the other hand, since plastics receive the wind from the fan 9 on their wide surface, they are pushed onto the conveyor 3. And the metals are massive and have large specific gravity and remain on the conveyor even when they receive the wind and are moved to the right of the conveyor 3 and recovered.

    • PURPOSE:To classify a mixture of lighweight, mediumweight and heavyweight materials into each of them to recover it with a high rate of classification by reducing the volume of air flowing in a vertical zigzag passage in steps, feeding a mixture of materials of different specific gravity and separating and recovering materials to be treated of specific gravity determined according to the air volume. CONSTITUTION:A material to be treated, such as a crushed refrigerator is thrown in a throw-in hole 1 of a vertical zigzag passage 3 and the wind froman air sending port 2 is adjusted by air vent valves 4A, 4B so that it may be weaker as it goes upward. The wind velocity from the air vent valve 4B to a discharge port 10 is lowered so that obly the lightweight material may fly by it, and the lightweight material, such as a foamable insulant flying by the wind velocity is separated and recovered in an utmost lightweight material recovery pocket 5. That which has not been recovered falls through a material to be treated guide pass 9A, and only the plate- shaped plastics flies by the wind velocuty there and are separated and recovered in the 1st mediumweight material recovery pocket 6. Similarly, light metal and not flying heavy metal which do not fly are separated and recovered in the 2nd mediumweight material recovery pocket 7 and an utmost heabyweight material recovery pocket 8 respectively.
