摘要： A system for detecting an output of a controllable semiconductor device includes a controllable semiconductor device, a magnetic amplifier to which an output of the semiconductor device is fedback to control the semiconductor device, and a monitor device for monitoring an output of the magnetic amplifier. The monitor device serves for determining that the output of said semiconductor device exceeds a predetermined level, when the output of the magnetic amplifier is in a remanent output region of the magnetic amplifier.

摘要： A control apparatus for an electric motor vehicle includes a control system to increase the duty cycle of a chopper circuit driving an electric drive motor of the vehicle when a spontaneous backward movement takes place upon starting of the vehicle at an uphill gradient, thereby to increase the armature and field current of the drive motor and hence the counter current braking effort or so-called plugging effort. The control apparatus assures a reliable starting of the vehicle even at an uphill gradient road.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently cool a drive motor and to readily mount the motor on an automotive chassis for a battery operated forklift truck by mounting a centrifugal fan at the shaft end of a steering motor, inserting the fan into the drive motor and cooling the commutator of the drive motor. CONSTITUTION:The housing 2 of the drive motor 8 is downwardly extended and a flange 18 is thus formed. The shaft end opposite to the shaft at the side for mounting the hydraulic pump 9 of the steering motor 10 is projected from the bracket 11, the centrifugal fan 1 is mounted thereat, and is inserted into the flange 18 of the motor 8. The brush 4 and the commutator 7 for the motor 8 are cooled by this fan 1. Thus, the drive motor can be efficiently cooled, and can also be readily mounted on the chassis of the battery operated forklift truck.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform maximum speed performance for the electric motor vehicle on which different voltage power sources are loaded by providing a power source voltage sensing circuit and locking a field-weakening control circuit at the time of using a 48 V power source to thereby control the acceleration of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The power source voltage sensing circuit 11 detects whether a battery voltage is 36 volts or 48 volts, and conducts a transistor TR1 through a resistor R3 at the time of 48 volts to cut off an input to an operational amplifier OP so as to lock a field-weakening contactor closing circuit. Since the circuit 11 thus conducts the field-weakening control at the time of using the 36 V power source to approach the motor speed characteristics to those when connecting to a 48 V power source and locks the field-weakening control at the time of using the 48 V power source, it is possible to conform in the motor speed to the time of 36 V field-weakening control and can consequently obtain the uniform maximum speed performance for the vehicle.

To monitor by a microprocessor 52 whether the action of the chopper is normal or not, the output voltage of the chopper is applied as an input by interruption after the lapse of a prescribed time since the output of a turn-off pulse from the input/output circuit 51 of a gate pulse circuit 5. If a trouble occurs in the input/ output circuit 51, microprocessor 52 and memory circuits (ROM's) 53, 54 of the gate pulse circuit 5, a commutation failure detection circuit A acts to detect commutation failure. When the communtation failure happens, a voltage is continuously applied to a capacitor 12 through a resistor 13. At that time, a transistor is turned on, a thyrsitor 11 is also turned on through a diode 17 and another resistor 19 and a circuit breaker 2 acts to cut off a main current.
