    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the view point to observe a picture from various view point positions by using pictures taken in plural different photographing positions to generate a picture which may be obtained at the time of photographing in an assumed photographing position. SOLUTION: An inputted picture is stored in a storage area 405 reserved in a storage area 400 on a storage device. Two sets of pictures photographed in two or more positions are inputted. Plural generated panorama pictures are divided into pictures of plural areas in accordance with objects in these pictures. Attribute information indicating the sequence of superposition synthesis to respective area pictures is defined. How the whole of panorama pictures should be distorted for each area picture is defined to generate distortions. The relative view point of an observer with the photographing position of a digital camera as the reference and the sight direction indicating the direction which the observer is looking toward are inputted. Respective divided area pictures are deformed based on calculated extents of distortion of these picture areas, and they are synthesized by superposition in accordance with attribute information to generate a panorama picture.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image for which the same objects are excluded out of plural images by converting plural photos which are acquired in different visual points into the images, designating the contour, etc., of a desired object to be excluded out of an object image, and performing such processing so as to set the pixels existing inside and outside of the contour at the same posiitons, respectively. SOLUTION: Plural image data to be processed are designated (101), and all designated image data are read out of a storage and a display image is generated and outputted (102). Then the pixel positions of an optional closed area such as the contour, etc., of an optional object to be excluded out of the display image are inputted (103). Plural corresponding points are inputted at the image positions other than the closed area (104). Then, other images are deformed, so that their corresponding pixel positions are set at the same positions respectively against a certain image, and the colors corrected from the corresponding pixel colors of other images are buried into a certain closed area designated in the step 103 (105, 106).
