      SOLUTION: In this program execution reserving method for allotting required resources to programs based on a program reservation information management table in which amount of resources required for execution of the programs and an execution scheduled time are associated for each program as program reservation information, whether the amount of resources usable at the execution scheduled time exceeds the amount of required resources or not by referring to an empty resource amount management table for associating amount of usable resources and the execution scheduled time when inputting the program reservation information is determined, the amount of required resources is subtracted from the amount of usable resources when it is determined that the amount of usable resources exceeds the amount of required resources, amount of subtraction is written into the empty resource amount management table as a new usable amount, and program reservation information is newly written into the program reservation information management table to update the existing program reservation information.
