    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle electric wave type radar installation which can freely be installed, while magnetically-shielding the transmission line connecting between an external connector and an internal circuit both provided on an outer case, without the external connector being controlled by any position of the internal circuit. SOLUTION: In this radar installation, the outer case 60 comprises its own main body 61 and a shielding layer 62 coating its internal surface. The transmission line 73 from the internal circuit extends to its desired position along the shielding layer 62 of the outer case 60 on periphery side of this shielding layer 62, where the external connector 70 is installed.     • PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of water in a water storage tank, to monitor the abnormal generation of heat by a radiation plate, and to enable the safe use of a moistening device at a cold area during a winter season by a method wherein a transistor generating heat along with control of a blower motor is mounted to the radiation plate mounted fronting on the water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:Water in a water storage tank 12 is guided through a water guide pipe 13 to an atomizing chamber 15, and is atomized through operation of an ultrasonic generating device 3 controlled by a controller 4. Generated steam is fed to the outside of a moistening device through a duct 1 by means of wind generated by means of a blower motor 6. In this case, when it is detected by a water level detecting sensor 2 that a water level in the atomizing chamber 15 is abnormally lowered, atomization is stopped. A Tr10 of transistors Tr7 and Tr10 with which a part of the control circuit of the blower motor 6 is formed is mounted to a radiation plate 11 fronting on the water storage tank 12. Heat generated by the radiation plate is transmitted to water, and when the abnormal heat generating state of the radiation plate 11 is detected by a thermistor 9, the Tr 10 is switched to the Tr7 arranged in a ventilating flue 8 to suppress the generation of heat effected by the radiation plate 11.
