    • PURPOSE:To form an unexpensive working system and reduce the working time by permitting the use of robots by detecting the contact between a tool and a workpiece and setting the working amount independently from the deadweight of the tool by only the treatment for the output signal of a force sensor. CONSTITUTION:A robot 1 is instructed with operating locus, condition, etc. previously, and the force due to the contact pressure between a tool 4 and a workpiece 5 is detected by a force sensor 2. A strain gauge 20 is attached onto the force sensor 2, and the output voltage corresponding to the minute displacement due to the force in the direction of arrow Z is amplified by a sensor amplifier 21, and measured and treated in a detection circuit part 22. As the measurement processes, listed are (1) measurement of deadweight of the tool 4, (2) measurement of the contact between the tool 4 and the workpiece 5, (3) comparison measurement from the outside set cutting-in amount corresponding digital amount and (4) measurement after the completion of cutting-in. Therefore, when the measurement start signal and the cutting-in amount corresponding digital amount are supported from outside, cutting-in by the set cutting-in amount can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To form connecting solder into desired pole shape or hourglass shape by a method wherein a plurality of electrodes are provided on the back side circumferential part of a semiconductor pellet, and when the electrodes are connected to an insulating substrate using solder, isolated electrodes are provided between side electrodes, the isolation solder having the melting point higher than that of the connecting solder and an isolation solder receptacle are formed on the isolated electrodes, and the isolation solder is fused retardedly when the pellet and the substrate are connected by fusing the connecting solder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of electrodes 2 are provided on the back side circumferential part of the semconductor pellet 3, an adhesion solder hillocks 25 are adhered to the surface of said electrodes 2, and connecting electrodes 5 having a solder hillock 7 on the surface are provided on the surface of the insulating substrate 4, whereon the pellet 1 will be adhered, corresponding to the solder hillocks 25. Also an isolated electrode 16, consisting of a solder hillock 26 containing isolation solder 17 of the melting point higher than that of the solder hillocks 7 and 25, is provided between the electrodes 2, and when the pellet 1 and the substrate 4 are adhered by fusing the solder hillocks 7 and 25, and the solder 17 is fused retardedly, thereby enabling to push up the pellet. While the above process is being performed, the solder hillocks 7 and 25 are formed into the prescribed pole shape or hourglass shape, and they are soldified.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent failure of a blade junction by decreasing a response amplitude according to an impact driving torque, for which a main plate is empowered to display a damping effect by mounting a reinforcement diametral smaller than outside diameter of the main plate on the side wall of the main plate. CONSTITUTION:A disclike reinforcement 10 diametral smaller than outside diameter of a mani plate 1 is mounted on side wall 1a of the main plate 1 and fixed on a boss 4a of a rotary shaft 4 together with the main plate 1. This way of arrangement may invite an impact driving torque at start-up to induce oscillations on the main plate 1, however, the reinforcement 10 has been mounted on the main plate 1 and a natural oscillation is different between the two, therefore the reinforcement 10 becomes still at a frequency wherein the main plate 1 oscillates and the main plate 1 becomes still, on the contrary, at a frequency wherein the reinforcement 10 oscillates. A damping effect may result from a mutual contact of the main plate 1 and the reinforcement 10, and the main plate 1 oscillates less consequently, thus preventing a fatigue wear on a junction 9 of the main plate 1 and a blade 3.
