    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being unable to identify a patient, when transplanting cultured cells, should the patient lose or damage an electronic quota stored in an RF tag. SOLUTION: A patient mix-up prevention system includes a gene information analyzing part 145 for analyzing a patient's gene information, a hash value computing part 101 for computing a hash value from analytical information, an electronic tally generating part 102 for generating an electronic tally out of the hash value, an RF tag issuing/reading part 144 for writing and reading the electronic tally to and from the RF tag, an electronic tally restoring part 103 for restoring the electronic tally read from the RF tag into the original information (restored value), an identifying part 104 for determining, if cultured cells belong to the patient 120 according to the restored value, and an authentication result display part 146 for displaying the determination result. Even if the patient loses or damages the RF tag 121, the system can easily determine if the cultured cells belong to the patient 120, by simply restoring information by means of only the electronic tally stored in the RF tag 131, and separately analyzing the patient's gene information for collation with the restored value. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for helping the diagnosis of water quality in a power plant which makes it easier to take countermeasures against defections associated with water quality in the power plant. SOLUTION: The information, which is inputted into an information terminal 3 by an operator for helping the diagnosis of water quality, for applying for the reference to the effect that Company A hopes to refer for the information on the results of the water quality diagnosis by Company B is sent to a server 10b of Company B by way of an encryption/ decryption device 15 and a server 10a. Company B refers for the information for applying for the reference received by the information terminal 11b to determine the provision of related information and inputs the information for approving the application for the reference into the information terminal 11b. The response information from Company B is shown on a display of an information terminal 3 by way of a reverse route to the information for the application for the reference. The operator for helping the water quality diagnosis sends the information on the results of the water quality diagnosis which goes for Company B in line with the response information from Company B from the information terminal 3 to the server 10a of Company A. A power generation operator obtains the information on the results of the water quality diagnosis about a power plant possessed by another power generation operator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the concentration of an organic matter in reactor water, and suppression of corrosion by the adhesion of the organic matter onto the incore structure surface by providing an organic matter decomposing device within a hot well vessel to which the condensate of a reactor and the make-up water from a condensate storage tank are carried. SOLUTION: The steam generated in a reactor 1 is cooled by sea water in a condenser 2 after it rotates a turbine to generate a power, returned to water, and stored in a hot well 3 in the lower part of the condenser 2. An organic matter decomposing device 10 such as ultraviolet ray emitting lamp is set in the hot well 3, and an ultraviolet ray is emitted into the condensedwater by this device 10. Then, the organic matter is decomposed by the ultraviolet ray and changed to an inorganic ion of sulfuric acid, nitric acid or the like. The resulting inorganic ion is removed by a condensate demineralizer 6.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease the work of an operator on duty by detecting the differential pressure value of a condensate filtering and desalting device (CF), predicting and calculating the change in the differential pressure of the CF with lapse of time and further executing the scheduling to satisfy various conditions of back washing periods. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust steam of a steam turbine 1 is cooled to the condensate by the sea water flowing in a heat transfer tube 3. After this condensate is cleaned by the CF 4 and the condensate desalting device 5, the condensate is increased in temp. and pressure and is supplied to a nuclear reactor 8. Differential pressure gages 9 are installed to the respective columns of the CF 4 and the operator on duty monitors differential pressure values and usually operates back washing/precoating control equipment 11 by operating the switch on a back washing/precoating controller 10 before the differential pressures attain specified values. The signals of the differential pressure values of the differential pressure gages 9 are inputted to the system 24 for supporting the operation of the condensate filter device to automatically execute processing. The guidance display of the time when the preparatory operation for back washing is started is possible in this way.
