    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use a task without worrying about by releasing a memory from tasks of lower emergency according to the priority when the rest of the memory is small, thus increasing the usable memory area, and assuming an execution request as the one from a new task. SOLUTION: When a respective tasks 50-1 to 50-n sends start request to an operating system 10, the operating system 10 informs a memory management system 20 of the start requests. The memory management system having received a start request judges whether or not the requesting task can be executed and whether or not the current free memory residual managed by the memory management system 20 is larger than the use-expected memory capacity of a task management table 40. When it is judged that the free memory residual is too small to execute the task, the memory is released from tasks of lower emergency according to the priority so as to increase the usable memory area and an execution request from a new task is accepted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information which extracts a typical data access pattern from accumulated attribute information and is used for data management by a user. SOLUTION: When a client device 101 refers to data that are stored in a database server device 102, a reference instruction which is issued from the device 101 is transferred to both the device 102 and a data managing device 400. The device 102 processes a received instruction and returns a result to the device 101. As for an instruction that is received by the device 400, first, an SQL analyzer extracts attribute reference information in the instruction and then, the extracted information is stored in an attribute reference information accumulating device 109. When an input device 107 specifies the parameter of such as a minimum value of the strength of one or more attributes and dependency that relation a user wants to remark, an attribute dependency relation analyzing device 106 extracts the dependency relationship between attributes which meet the parameter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide area cooperation system capable of flexibly corresponding to changes in system constitution by cooperating data on each client side without using an integrated database.
      SOLUTION: In the wide area data cooperation system, a server 201 is provided with a profile preparation means 202 for preparing a definition file (profile) indicating a path (an IP address of the server, a DB name, etc.) up to data stored in a server database 207 and an access method (a sort of an SQL sentence, etc.). A client 251 is provided with a request sheet preparation means 252 for preparing a request sheet for requesting only data required to be collected on the basis of the profile to be always updated. The client can collect up-to-date data only by changing the request sheet. The wide area data cooperation system is provided with a profile server 281 for receiving and managing a profile newly prepared by the profile preparation means 202 from the server 201, and when the profile is updated, automatically notifying the client 251 of the update of the profile.
