    • PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recordng medium of high reliability fit for use at high temp. such as a magnetic disk for a magnetic encoder by forming a magnetic layer contg. a dispersed mexture of iron oxide powder with magnetic metallic powder on a nonmagnetic substrate. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic coating liq. prepd. by kneading pure iron-base metallic powder with iron oxide powder such as Co-gamma-Fe2O3 powder is coated on a disk substrate 1 of Al or the like by a spinner method, and it is dried and baked to form a magnetic film 2. A heat resistant epoxy resin binder is used as a binder resin for the magnetic coating liq. By adding the iron oxide powder, the deterioration of the magnetic film 2 due to oxidation is prevented even at 150- 200 deg.C high temp., so a magnetic disk maintaining its high reliability in an atmosphere at high temp. and humidity is obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To make an optical line sensor wide-area by arranging plural small- area base plate apart from one another spatially in the contact type optical line sensor used in a facsimile or the like. CONSTITUTION:An original 2 is illuminated with an illumination system 1, and its reflected light is condensed by a SELFOC lens 3. The light is separated to light advancing straightly and light reflected at 90 deg. by a half mirror 4. Optical sensor base plate 5 and 6 are arranged in such positions that they receive these beams of light respectively. The optical sensor base plate 5 and 6 are not connected but are spaced each other. The number of optical sensor base plate is increased in accordance with the area of the original to extend the optical line sensor up to the area of any size.

    • PURPOSE:To increase a pitch between electrodes by arranging an insulating plate material whose area is greater than that of a substrate on the top surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric converting element consists of a substrate 3 wherein an optical fiber bundle 4 photodetecting and transmitting a reflected-light signal obtained by reading a transmitted original 2, an insulating plate material 10 arranged opposite the optical fiber bundle output end formation surface of the substrate 3 at a prescribed-distance interval, and a photoelectric converting film 8 sandwiched on the surface of the plate material 10 opposing to the said optical fiber bundle output end and between a common electrode 9 and many nether electrodes 6 connecting with a conductor electrodes 7. Then, wide areas are formed across the photoconductive converting film 8, so the array pitch of the conductor electrodes 7 is increased, thereby eliminating the breaking of the conductor electrodes 7 and a short circuit between the electrodes.

    • PURPOSE:To relax restrictions on electrode formation to facilitate forming of various electrodes, by arranging a light permeable thin film larger than the substrate in the optical fiber flux output terminal side of the substrate and by forming various electrodes on this thin film. Thus, thin plate substrate 10 larger than upper end face 3d of substrate 3 is arranged to extend intervals of nesa electrodes 6a and 6b and conductor electrodes 9a and 9b formed in one side, thereby facilitating forming of respective electrodes.
