    • PURPOSE: To drastically improve the solvent recovery rate and to save the solvent consumption by arranging a capacitor for condensing and liquefying an evaporated solvent contained in exhaust gas in the case of an exhaust dry process in a discharge line and recovering the solvent which is condensed and liquefied by a condenser with a recovery means. CONSTITUTION: The condenser 11 is disposed between a fan 3 and a filter 2 and the exit side of the capacitor 11 is connected to a moisture separator 12. The condenser 11 is arranged at a position to be the discharge line of an opening circuit in case a three-way valve 7 is changed-over to a discharge side. Besides, the condenser 11 is a low temp. condenser which is cooled to 0 deg.C or below by a freezer like a secondary condenser 5 and is set to be operated in the case where the cross valve 7 is changed-over to the discharge side. The condenser 11 arranged between the filter 2 and the fan 3 condenses and liquefies the solvent which is discharged from a washing drum together with evaporated air, the solvent is stored in a new liquid tank 13 through the moisture separator 12 and, the quantity of the solvent to be discharged to the air together with evaporated air is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To take out distillation residues and to reduce a residual amount by newly installing a different container for receiving the distillation residues containing moisture. CONSTITUTION: The distiller 13 of a second stage is attached to a residual exit pipe side from the distiller 7 of a first stage. For the distiller 13, in order to easily take out solid residues inside, for instance, a container 12 is put in the distiller 13 and a structure capable of taking out the container 12 is attained. Residual liquid waste condensed to a certain degree in the distiller 7 is made to flow in from an entrance pipe 15 to the distiller 13. Then, by putting in heating steam from a steam entrance pipe 16 and discharging it from a steam exit pipe 17, the injected residual liquid waste is heated and vaporized and steam is discharged from the steam exit pipe 14, made to enter a capacitor 8 and liquefied. The residual waste made to flow in is solidified and made into powder in the container 12. Thereafter, by detaching a distiller bottom plate 18, the container 12 containing the solidified residue is taken out.
