    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system maintaining reactor stability by disturbing the insertion of selective control rods in the case the power voltage of variable frequency power source gradually lowers and inserting the selective control rods only in the case a failure instantaneously loosing the variable frequency power source in a system connected by a plurality of internal pumps to a variable frequency power source. SOLUTION: A selective control rod insertion circuit 100 are input with a reactor power signal S14, a power voltage low signal (S4a or S4b) of an MG set with a fluid coupling and a power voltage lowering rate high signal (S7a or S7b) of an MG set with fluid coupling. Only when the reactor power is at or over a set value of reactor power and the power voltage low signal and the power voltage lowering rate high signal are input from the same MG set with fluid coupling, it outputs a selective control rod insertion signal S100 to a selective control rod driver 12. By this, an erroneous operation of inserting the selective control rods in the case the MG set power voltage gradually lowers and disturbance generation are prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a nuclear reactor output reducing phenomenon at instantaneously stopping time by connecting an MG set to the downstream side of a single stationary variable frequency power source device, and connecting plural internal pumps to the MG set. SOLUTION: In an internal pump system of a boiling water nuclear power plant, for example an MG set composed of an AC generator 4a and an AC electric motor 5a is connected to the downstream side of a single stationary variable frequency power source device, and five internal pump driving electric motors 2a to 2e are also connected to the AC generator 4a, and internal pumps 1a to 1e are connected in series to each single unit of the respective driving generators. If instantaneous stopping is caused by a system accident, bus bar voltage temporarily reduces. However, the stationary variable frequency power source device stops by reduction in the bus bar voltage, and source voltage inputted to the MG set reduces, but even if the bus bar voltage reduces for a short time by mechanical inertia of the MG set, output voltage to the respective internal pumps is not reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the tripping of an RID-ASD as much as possible and to secure the thermal soundness of a fuel even if a bus voltage fluctuates due to a transmission line fault or the like by detecting the behavior of the bus voltage and using a logic for running back the RIP-ASD according to it. SOLUTION: In normal operation, an RIP-ASD controls the speed of a RIP so that reactor output can be subjected to constant control according to a signal from a recirculation flow rate control system 14. When a transmission line 6 is disturbed and the voltage behavior of a bus line 3 occurs, a voltage change rate and the deviation and phase difference of three-phase voltages are detected, a value is outputted to an RIP-ASD speed control device 10 by a bus voltage change monitoring device 9, and switching is made from the control system 14 to the device 10 when a prescribed value or higher is judged, thus controlling the speed of the RIP. More specifically, when a voltage is equal to or more than a set value, neither run-back nor trip is generated in the RIP and an output frequency is reduced to continue operation. When a voltage is equal to or less than the set value and a deviation difference and a phase difference are judged to be within the set value, a signal is outputted from the device 10, the control system is switched, the RIP starts run-back, and a reactor flow rate is reduced.

SOLUTION: In a boiling nuclear power plant which adapts internal pumps 1-1 to 1-10 as the recirculating pump of a reactor, the internal pumps being divided into a system A for performing an internal pump trip so as to moderate the rise of the reactor output in a turbine trip and the other system B, and has a function of detecting the quick close 7 of a main steam stop valve and the first stage post-pressure 2 of the turbine when the turbine is tripped on the basis of a rise of level of the reactor, and simultaneously tripping the internal pumps of the system A, it has an interlocking means 21 for arresting the trip 19 of the internal pumps of the system A by use of the voltage reduction signal 16 of the internal pump when the simultaneous trip of the internal pumps of the system B is caused by the accident of MFG systems 101B, 103B, and 102B.
