SOLUTION: A bill A is supplied by pulleys 27 through a feeding passage 1 to a detachable storage room 2. A division plate 3 divides the inside of the storage room 2 into a lost article collection room 4 and a operation reject room 5, and can rotate to the X and W direction around a supporting point 6. The supporting point 6 which fixes the division plate 3 projects from a side face of the storage room 2 to secure an arm 26. When a cam 28 at the top dead center rotates in the direction of Z, the arm 26 rotates in the direction of F around the supporting point 6, and the division plate 3 rotates to the direction of X to store the bill A into the lost article collection room 4 upper side of the division plate 3. When the cam 28 rotates to the direction of Z from the bottom dead center to the top dead center, the arm 26 rotates to the direction of B around the supporting point 6, and the division plate 3 rotates to the direction of W around the supporting point 6 to store the bill A into the operation reject room 5.

    • PURPOSE:To hold a sheet in reference to a column protrusion by inserting a column protrusion, arranged on a recessed groove in a holding section, into a hole provided in a film-like sheet, and fixing the sheet by a fixing member forced into the column protrusion. CONSTITUTION:A column protrusion 16 on a boss 10 is inserted into holes 21, 31 in a film-like sheet 2 and a fixing member 3, respectively, in sequence from the direction of an arrow mark B1 and in addition pressure is applied thereto, and so the sharp-head bottom portion of the protrusion 16 is inserted into the hole 31 in the member 3 while being elastically transformed, which is firmly held to the boss 10. Next, an impeller 1 made up of the boss 10, the sheet 2 and the member 3 is inserted into and fitted to a shaft 4 through the opening of the boss 10 in the direction of an arrow mark D1. Whirl-stops 14a, 14b provided on the boss 10 are forcibly fitted into a hole 41 in the shaft 4 from the direction of an arrow mark D2 to engage a locking pawl 12 with the protrusion 13 while transforming the hinge portion 11. As a result, the film-like sheet can be fixed to the boss at a precise position.

In other words, the feeding rollers 1 at the end parts having a large hollow part deform by a small force, while the feeding rollers at the central parts having a small hollow part deform only by a large force.

CONSTITUTION:When the accumulation of bills 5 is completed by the rotation of impellers 3 and the drop of a pressing plate 6, a pair of movable press levers 7 are dropped and the accumulated bills 5 are contacted to extend flat by pressing rollers 12 and 13. A signal of a bill upper end detecting sensor 8 to detect the position of the movable press levers 7 is checked, and the position of the pressing plate 6 is controlled to place the movable press levels 7 at a specific position. As a result, the bending tendency of the bills 5 is corrected adequately by the load of the press levers 7, and the upper end of the bills is placed at the proper position. Then, the pressing plate 6 is raised, and the bills are delivered sheet by sheet by a pickup roller 11. In such a way, paper sheets can be accumulated and delivered stably.

In this condition, a magnetic brake 35 is operated, and the guide rail 31 and the brake 35 are fixed. Then, the electromagnetic device 34 is released, and a spring 38 causes the quide rail 31 to return in the direction of an arrow E until being stopped by a stopper 39.
