摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a brazed joint structure, brazing device and brazing method, by which the brazing work can easily be executed and the quality of a product after brazing can be kept good and constant. CONSTITUTION:In faucet type brazed joint structure connecting a lower work 2 of a tubular thick copper conductor and an upper work 1 of a solid copper conductor having smaller vol. than the lower work 2 with a brazing filler metal 6, the tapered surface is formed toward the center on the butting surfaces 3 of the joint part 11 of the upper work 1 and the joint part 12 of the lower work 2. Then, the joint part 12 of the lower work 2 is formed in a projecting shape and the joint part 11 of the upper work 1 is formed in a recessed shape. Further, grooves 4, 5 for containing the swelled-out brazing filler metal after melting are arranged on each of the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the joint part 12. Further, the brazing work is automatically executed with the brazing device.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld joint of a gas insulated transmission line to prevent infiltration of oxides and generation of metallic powder by inserting a flange between sheathes, and welding the sheath and the flange. SOLUTION: A weld joint of a gas insulated transmission line consists of sheathes 1, 2 whose end faces are machined in advance to secure the flatness of the end faces and a connection flange 3 which is not machined. The end face of the sheath 1 and the end face of the connection flange 3 are welded to each other at a welded part 4. The end face of the connection flange 3 on the non-welded side is machined to remove the deformation by the welded part 4 and secure the flatness. The end face of the sheath 2 is welded to the end face of the machined connection flange 3 at the welded part 4 to form the weld joint structure of the gas insulated transmission line. Expansion of the sheath can be dispensed thereby, and connection can be facilitated even when the circularity of the sheath is bad. Generation of metallic powder can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce thermal deformation of a workpiece by welding and to perform welding with high accuracy by providing a kaleidoscope on the tip of the welding equipment. CONSTITUTION:A fillet weld zone 5 is irradiated via the kaleidoscope 12 fitted to the small diameter tip with a necessary spot diameter of a laser beam 10 which passes the inside of a small diameter pipe 11 (waveguide) with auxiliary gas 20. Metal fine powder which is made to weld metal 4 is carried to the auxiliary gas 20 and heated by heat of the laser beam 10 through a nozzle 15 attached to the outside of the kaleidoscope 12 and made to the weld metal 4. In addition, cooling water is carried to a cooling pipe 21 to prevent overheating of the small diameter pipe 11 (waveguide) and the kaleidoscope 12. Further, the metal fine powder, etc., are prevented from scattering by a cover 16. In addition, in order to form the weld metal 4 uniformly on the fillet weld zone 5, the whole of the nozzle 15 including the kaleidoscope is oscillated to perform welding. Accordingly, a fillet welded joint is obtained by low heat input and shallow penetration and besides, because of the low heat input, deformation of a flange 2 can be suppressed low.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax concentration of arc heat and to prevent occurrence of a defect at the time of welding, by a method wherein a tube end part of a sheath is formed circular, while a specific chamfer is formed inside the tube end part, a non-formed sheath is inserted into the chamfer part of the sheath and this part is welded thereto. SOLUTION: A tube part of a sheath is expanded in the shape of a circular form and the fore end side of the expanded tube part is chamfered 3 1-3mm desirably. A non-formed sheath 2 is inserted into the expanded tube part of the sheath 1 formed to be circular and welding 4 is conducted. By this method, arc heat in the welding is prevented from concentrating in a corner part and the respective parts to be welded of the sheath end part and the upper surface of the sheath on the other side are equalized, which produces an effect of preventing occurrence of a welding defect. Besides, it is made unnecessary to conduct a correcting operation to make a gap between the sheaths be 0 at the time of welding after a face sheath is formed to be circular.
