摘要： PURPOSE:To provide possibility of hearing a talk with a retarded talk speed with no change in the feature of the hearer's voice by changing the talk speed without changing the pitch of the input voice only during the specified time when the hearer requires it. CONSTITUTION:A voice is fed to a microphone 321, emitted as a voice signal, digital converted at certain time intervals by an A/D converter 5 upon passing through an amplifier 10 and low-pass filter 7, and subjected to a talk speed converting process to be made by a software 11 on a digital signal processor (DSP) 1. A PTL, switch 4 is connected with a terminal 13 for external interrupt flag contained in the DSP 1, and the software 11 on the DSP 1 judges whether talk speed conversion should take place depending upon the numerical value of a flag register 14. When the hearer needs talk speed conversion, it is done without changing the pitch of the input voice only during the specified time. Accordingly this talk speed converting device can be used even in the situation such as in talking, and the hearer can select the voice to which a talk speed conversion should be applied.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable operation without receiving environmental change by providing a first aperture to a chassis and a second aperture to the upper area than the first aperture. SOLUTION: The external air flows from an aperture 53 of chassis, while the internal air heated by the power supply and disk portion 61 flows from an aperture 33 of a rear part 3. Since the foot is in contact with the chassis 5, the aperture 53 is never placed in contact in direct with the installation surface of the disk apparatus and the external air can easily flow into the aperture 53. Since installation is executed by keeping the predetermined interval, the external air flowing from the aperture 53 naturally flows into the inside of disk apparatus. The internal air is naturally guided to the aperture 33 and flows to the outside of disk apparatus. With the simplified structure, heat radiation of the disk apparatus is promoted and thereby heating can be prevented and stable operation can also be realized without receiving the influence of the environment surrounding the disk apparatus such as vibration of installation surface, deposition of dust, heat radiation of the disk apparatus itself and the environment generated by the disk apparatus itself.

In placing the telephone set main body 1 on the pedestal 3, the main body 1 is guided by a containment recess 4, placed to the prescribed position of the pedestal 3, the slope 16 of the recess 2 is pressed into contact with the claw 5 of the slider 6 to move the slider 6, the claw 5 is engaged with the engaging recess 2 and the main body 1 is placed surely to the pedestal 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To store a connector at a position where a protrusion of the connector does not interfere by installing one side of the connector on a connector mounting part. CONSTITUTION:A socket 3 is mounted on a member 6 being a connector mounting part. The member 6 is held by a holder 8 being the support part therefor at a receiving part 10 and is capable of rotating around a rotation shaft 7. In inserting a plug 4, the rotating member 6 abuts against an upper end 9 of the holder 8 and a force to insert a plug is applied to the intermediate part between the abutting point and the rotation shaft 7, and the member 6 is fixed, thereby facilitating a work with good operability. Then the plug 4 is stored while being rotated to the dotted position around the rotation shaft 7 in the direction shown by an arrow. In this way no interferring piece exist in front of a circuit substrate 5 and the plug 4 can be pulled out upon adjustment.
