摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a contact plate by inserting a cushion material between a duct piece and a pressing plate. CONSTITUTION:An armature core is composed of a core 1 which is formed by laminating thin steel plates, and end duct 2, an intermediate duct 3, and a pressing plate 4 for pressing and fixing the core 1. The duct 2 is mounted with a duct piece 6 on a contact piece 5 of the same shape as the thin steel plates via a caulked part 7 and a spot welded part 8. Further, a cushion material 9 is inserted between the piece 6 and the plate 4. In this manner, the surface of the plate 4 which makes contact with the duct piece is equalized by alleviating the force which is applied to the contact plate for mounting the duct piece through the duct piece such as centrifugal force or vibrating force applied during the operations of the core 1 and the plate 4 or the twisting force at the starting time, thereby preventing the damage of the contact plate.

In this way, the same connection as in the case of mounting a terminal on a core wire can be obtained by bundling all the fine wires and attaching a press fitted terminal, and an electric wire with shield, which has high productivity like an electric wire with tape-like shield, can be obtained by arranging fine wires parallel with one another.
