    • PURPOSE:To achieve detection of tape stop accurately, by the constitution that revolution is always obtained from a turntable at a winding side through the movement of a switching member in which two pinch rollers can selectively be press-contacted on two capstans. CONSTITUTION:When tape end or winding stop takes place from a tape running state, a cam wheel 31b of the 2nd rotating body 31 succeedingly rotates, but since a friction rotating plate 24 stops, after a pin 28 enters a cam groove 24a and the plate 24 is located at a neutral location, the plate is butted to a projection 24b and no further movement caused. Thus, by a rest stroke of a rocking member 25 of the cam wheel 31b, the member is moved toward the arrow E against a spring 27 by taking a contact section between the pin 28 and the projection 24b of the cam groove as a fulcrum and a rocking fulcrum 25b of the member 25 is moved, allowing to move an operating member 33 toward the arrow E and to close a contact 59. Thus, the friction rotating plate 24 is brought into contact with winding side at forward/reverse any revolution to detect stopping accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the harmful automatic ejection of the cassette by giving ejection to the cassette at the time of the automatic pause and the conduction break by means of the pause/ejection button provided to the car recorder/reproducer. CONSTITUTION:With push of pause/ejection lever 193 in the quick winding and rewinding mode, both play lock plate 131 and quick winding lock plate 132 are shifted via projection 193a of lever 193. And thus the necessary lock is released to set the recorder/reproducer under the pause mode to avoid the harmful automatic ejection of the cassette. Thus no tape sag is caused due to the vibration, thus ensuring the good reproduction with operation of reproduction lever 99. When lever 193 is pushed furthermore in the pause mode, gear arm 14 turns via slider 204 to secure engagement between gear 16 and pinion 10. Thus the cassette is ejected through motor driving. And when lever 193 is pressed with a larger stroke than that at the time of motor-driven ejection, the necessary cassette ejection is secured via the mechanical means.

After cassette ejection, since kick part 97 of cam gear 33 kicks arm 98 of stopping arm 23 to release the lock state, gear arm 14 where idle gear 18 is put is rotated in the right direction by spring 20 to release the gearing between pinion gear 12 and idle gear 18, thereby stopping the rotation of cam gear 33. A switch is turned off by protrusion 75 to stop the motor simultaneously approximately.

    • PURPOSE:To switch assuredly the tape drive without increasing the ejection force of a cassette by making use of a tape drive motor and at the same time switching the reverse reproduction state to the forward reproduction state when the cassette is loaded. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette half A is slightly inserted toward an arrow P, the 1st switch 110 is turned on to revolve a motor 2. Then a PA arm 103 is turned counterclockwise. A loading gear 48 is revolved and engages a gear part 47' of a pulley gear 47, and therefore a projection 51 turns the arm 103. Then a cassette lever 78 is shifted in the same direction by a spring 83 and in response to the shift of a loading lever 71. Thus a cassette A is automatically pulled inside. When the gear 48 is revolved and set at a reproduction mode, a reproduction control lever 125 can be pressed. Thus a reproduction mode sets in. At the beginning of actuation, a slope cam part of a switching slider 31 is pressed through a pressure part 64 of a power slider 57. Thus the reverse reproduction state is switched to a forward reproduction state.

For cassette ejection, pressing a lever which is not shown in the figure rotates the cam rotating body from the half-turn state to its original position. In this case, the cassette 5 is elevated without being ejected and at the same time, a pin 13b pressed the cam surface 12c of the moving arm 12 continuously. Eventually, the pin 13b comes out from the cam surface 12c and the moving arm 12 rotates clockwise through a spring 10 to suppress the ejection speed of the cassette, which is prevented from jumping out.

When the magnet is excited in response to the tape end detection signals, cam 175 turns to shift change-over slider 16 toward arrow B. And thus pinch roller 58' is pressed to backward turn capstan 63' via the symmetrical arms of spring 118 and by pan 107 coupling to slider 167. At the same time, roller 58 detaches from capstan 63. Thus the assured pressure and release is ensured for the pinch roller to the two sets of capstans through a small-size constitution using a set of torsion springs and without using two sets of spring and its relating mechanism.

When the direction is switched in a rapid traverse mode, a power assist working solenoid 45 is adsorbed and a cam gear 35 is revolved. Thus a power assist working plate 38 is slided. In this case, a head 22 is set in a STOP mode. Therefore the plate 22 is advanced by the plate 38 and at the same time the direction is switched. In this case, a lock van 50 is shifted left by a lock pin 53 when the plate 22 is advanced. Thus a PLAY mode is set after a rapid traverse mode is released. So is with a rewind mode.

Consequently, the 1st switch 110 turns on to drive a motor 2. The loading gear 48, on the other hand, is energized clockwise to engage the gear part 47' of a pulley gear 47. Thus, the loading gear receives rotating force to rotate. Then the cassette A is automatically drawn in by the pawl part 100 of the cassette piece 99. Then, a lock slider 142 is moved down to unlock a cam gear 145 for reproduction which is energized to turn counterclockwise, so it engages the gear part 6' of a flywheel.
