Based on the outputs from this soundness evaluating means 4 and the remaining life evaluating means 2b and 2b', the check item and the items of the repair, exchange and reconstruction to be needed at the time of the next periodical check are decided as a preventive maintenance item 5 and outputted as a table 6. Thus, labor is reduced at a minimum and the preventive maintenance item and an executing time can be exactly obtained without fail.

Relief slots 14 are formed in the direction of the diameter between the side surface of the rotor core 3 and a rotor clamp 7. The compressing force of the rotor clamp 7 which compresses the rotor 3 from both sides toward the shaft is not directly applied to the part of the relief slots 14.
