    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a temperature rise of a double tube because of heat conduction from a high-temperature fluid and at the same time prevent a damage because of vibrations, by arranging a projection to face to a temperature pocket at the inside of an area which is the inside of an outer tube of a protecting tube and the outside of an inner tube. SOLUTION: A thermometer pocket vibration isolation 14 of a cylindrical projection of a height L of approximately 20 mm is set at a position inside of protecting tubes 11, 12, 13 and outside of a liner 5 by approximately 60-150 mm. A shift of a thermometer pocket 10 because of vibrations of a high-temperature internal fluid 4 is supported by the vibration isolation 14. The thermometer pocket is reduced in amount of bend, and a stress brought about at a fixed part of the thermometer pocket 10 is decreased to not larger than a stress breaking the fixed part of the thermometer pocket 10. The vibration isolation 14 can support the thermometer pocket 10 on a plane and therefore, a stress concentration at a contact part when the vibration isolation 14 comes in touch or collides with the thermometer pocket 10 is prevented. Moreover, a temperature rise at a cap 8 and a pressure-resisting part of a washer 9 can be restricted when the protecting tubes 11, 12, 13 are enhanced in rigidity and the thermometer pocket 10 is reduced in sectional area.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly, sufficiently and closely attach a heat insulation material to an outer circumferential surface of a pipe by erecting a plurality of stud bolts on an inner wall of an outer pipe, and holding the heat insulation material against an inner wall surface of the outer pipe in a compressed manner by the stud bolts. SOLUTION: Because a fiber-like heat insulation material 4 is supported by stud bolts 6 installed on an outer pipe 2 or a fixed rib 11, the uneven distribution of the fiber-like heat insulation material 4 caused by the self weight thereof, the vibration of the piping, and the inflow of hot gas 1, can be prevented, and the thickness of the fiber-like heat insulation material 4 can be maintained constant. Degradation of the heat insulation effect caused by the change in thickness of the fiber-like heat insulation material 4 can be prevented, and the rated heat insulation performance can be obtained. The fiber-like heat insulation material 4 of each layer can be uniformly compressed by compressing the fiber-like heat insulation material 4 of each layer by a conical spring washer 7, a bolt 8 or a speed washer 22, the fiber-like heat insulation material 4 becomes dense by the compression, and the flow passage resistance of the gas can be increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a gas pipeline for transporting the gas with a high temperature and high pressure by providing an inner pipe consisting of a plurality of pipes connected in the axial direction and an outer pipe externally fitted to its outer periphery through a heat insulator and integrating the inner/outer pipes by tightening support means installed respectively mutually. SOLUTION: An inner pipe is formed by installing a plurality of liners 5 in parallel in the axial direction and at the production time of a gas pipe, a proper clearance is installed between adjacent two liners 5 in the axial direction. On the outer periphery of the one end of the liner 5, a gas ring 6 is welded and further, the one end of a linear support ring 7 is welding on its outer periphery and a fixing rib is welded to the outer periphery of this ring 7. While, a fixing rib installation ring 10 is welded to the inner periphery of the outer pipe 2 and the fixing rib is welded to its inner periphery. A bolt 11 is penetrated in a bolt hole installed on the inner periphery end of this fixing rib and this bolt 11 is penetrated in the bolt hole formed in the outer periphery end side of the fixing rib and the inner/outer pipes are connected integrally by tightening this bolt 11 with a nut.
