    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence due to turbidity of water to the monitoring work, and to reduce the quantity of the waste by sucking the abrasive used for cutting and the chips together for recovery with a recovering device, and separating the recovered chips and the abrasive from each other with a separat ing means. SOLUTION: An underwater cutting device 1 is provided with a recovery device 8 for recovering the abrasive and chips. This recovery device 8 is provided with various kinds of facing catchers 11 corresponding to the shape of a material to be cut and a lower cashier 13 installed in a frame 12 to be loaded with the material to be cut. The recovered abrasive and the chips separated from each other by a separating device 14 while using the magnetism. Furthermore, the abrasives separated by the separating device 14 are fractionated by a classifying device 15 according to their grain diameters. With this structure, since cutting can be performed while sucking the chips and the abrasive for recovery, influence of the turbidity of water to the monitoring work is eliminated. Furthermore, since the abrasive and the chips are separated from each other, quantity of the waste can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline regenerating method capable of lining a fitting pipe 14 without temporarily fixing a water shut-off member 10, eliminating a leakage of water due to looseness in an attachment part and a press-bonding part caused by sharing the pipeline and a change with the lapse of time, and eliminating anxiety that a water shut-off member is fallen. SOLUTION: A cheese-type water shut-off member 10 is used for a construction for lining an existing pipe 16, and shuts off water in a main pipe 12 side end of a fitting pipe 14 divided from a main pipe 12 forming the existing pipe 16. A cylindrical sleeve 24 structuring the cheese-type water shut-off member 10 is inserted into the fitting pipe 14. A thermoplastic fixed part 22 structuring the cheese-type water shut-off member 10 has the outer surface having the nearly same curvature with a curvature of the inner surface of a main pipe lining 18. The fixed part 22 is formed so that a projection shape of the fixed part 22 projected from the axial direction of the main pipe 2 is formed into an arc longer than a half of the circumference. The fixed part 22 is also deformed so that a cross sectional shape of the cheese-type water shut-off member 10 becomes smaller than a cross sectional shape of the main pipe 12. Shape of the deformed fixed part 22 is restored by heating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make precise teaching operation performable for a work object which is poor in shape variation by specifying a part of a figure as a teaching index on a shape model displayed on a screen and calculating and recording the three-dimensional position corresponding to specified coordinates on the screen on the surface of the shape model as teaching data. SOLUTION: A teaching mark 15a is moved on the screen of a display device 15 by operation an input device 17 to indicates the top of the figure 10 as the teaching index or its periphery and on the basis of the coordinates of the indicated teaching point on the screen of the display device 15, a teaching position arithmetic part 18 calculates the two-dimensional coordinates of the teaching point on a virtual image. Further, the three-dimensional coordinates of the corresponding point on the surface of the shape model 8 which corresponds to the two-dimensional coordinates of the teaching point on the virtual image and is uniquely determined is calculated through reverse conversion. This operation is repeated to generate a series of teaching points on the surface of the shape model 8, where an operation track is described, and they are registered as teaching data in a teaching data recording part 19.
