    • PURPOSE: To improve the amenity and efficiency in a dehumidifying operation by providing a control valve to uniform the flowing direction of a refrigerant from a heat-exchanger for reheating on an outdoor unit side to an indoor heat- exchanger all times either in a cooling cycle or heating cycle. CONSTITUTION: At the time of dehumidifying operation by a cooling cycle, for one unit operation, a refrigerant which is discharged from a compressor 1 passes through a 4-way valve 2, outdoor heat-exchanger 3, 4-way valve 19 and electrically operated expansion valve 6 for cooling, and enters a heat- exchanger 8 for reheating of an indoor unit 4, and in addition, the pressure of the refrigerant is reduced by an electrically operated expansion valve 10 for dehumidifying, passes through an indoor heat-exchanger 9 and electrically operated expansion valve 7 for heating, and returns to the compressor 1 by passing through the 4-way valve 19 and 4-way valve 2 again. By this constitution, the flowing direction of the refirgerant which flows between the indoor heat-exchanger 9 and heat-exchanger 8 for reheating can be kept constantly uniform by switching the 4-way valve 2 and 4-way valve 19, and either in a cooling cycle or heating cycle, a dehumidifying effect which is absolutely equal to the one at the time of a dehumidifying operation can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the sealing characteristic between a fixed table and vibration-proof rubber by closely attaching the vibration-proof rubber to the fixed table with a hollow portion provided at the lower end of the vibration- proof rubber. CONSTITUTION:The hollow inner face of the lower end 6a of vibration-proof rubber 6 is formed in the same shape as the outer circumference at the lower end of a pin 3 and furthermore a hollow portion is provided thereunder so that the inner face is considerably apart from the pin 3. Also, the upper end 6d of the vibration-proof rubber 6 is formed in a tapered conical shape. Thereby, the contact area is reduced and the contact pressure increases, therefore the sealing characteristic can be improved. Also, because the thickness of the upper end portion 6d can be reduced thiner and it is easily transformed when is taken out from the mold, pull off of the upper end 6d can be prevented and attaching of the vibrator to a holding plate 4 can be also established easily.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient heating capacity, improve comfortableness and facilitate a control even when the heating operation of a floor panel and a plurality of indoor machines are simultaneously performed by connecting the indoor machines and connecting the floor panel having a refrigerant pipe for circulating a refrigerant to a cycle to carry out a floor heating. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner, four-way valves 3 and 4 are switched to carry out cooling and heating operations. When there are three indoor machines, high pressure gas refrigerant from compressors 1 and 2 passes through pipelines 18 and 19, its heat is radiated in an indoor side heat exchangers 9 and 10, the heat radiated gas refrigerant passes through pipelines 20 and 21 and enters motor operated valves 6, 7 and 8 to reduce its pressure. The pressure reduced gas refrigerant passes through an outdoor side heat exchanger 5 and returns to the compressors 1 and 2. A floor panel 17 is connected, in place of the indoor machines, to a heating operation of a refrigerating cycle. In case a floor heating is carried out, the high pressure gas refrigerant from the compressor 1 passes through the pipeline 18 from the four-way valve 3 and its heat is radiated in a refrigerant pipe 16, and the heat radiated gas refrigerant enters the outdoor side heat exchanger 5 and returns to the compressor 1. Thus, the heat radiated in the refrigerant pipe 16 is transferred to the floor panel 17 so that the floor panel is entirely heated ad an effect of floor heating can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce impact sound due to behavior of refrigerant by reducing a pressure difference of sections if there is an indoor unit for starting a room heating operation in addition to an indoor unit during room heating operation in a multiroom type air conditioner in which a plurality of indoor units are connected to one outdoor unit. CONSTITUTION:If a room heating operation of an indoor unit 17 of an indoor side heat exchanger 10 is started when an indoor unit 16 having an indoor side heat exchanger 9 is operated for room heating, a rotating speed of a compressor 1 is reduced by a controller. At the time point when a pressure difference of sections is reduced, a room cooling inlet side refrigerant switching solenoid valve 6 on the unit 17 side is opened, and a room heating inlet side refrigerant switching solenoid valve 12 is opened after a predetermined delay time is elapsed. Thus, a pressure difference of the exchangers 9, 10 is reduced to eliminate impact sound to the unit 17 due to the pressure difference. In this case, since the compressor 1 is not stopped, an abrupt decrease in a discharged air temperature of the unit 16 during operating is suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an abnormal vibration sound due to repetition of small opening and closing of a valve body by closing a solenoid valve to become on inlet side at the time of room heating after stopping, and then energizing the exciting coil of a solenoid valve to become an outlet side at the time of room heating to hold a valve opening state. CONSTITUTION:In a multi-chamber type air condition of a refrigerating cycle having a capacity controllable inverter compressor, when a two-chamber operation is shifted to a one-chamber operation, a rotating speed is reduced, and the pressure of the side communicating with a pipe 10 corresponding to the outlet side of a room heating outlet side valve 8 is continuously lowered at a unit of several minutes as the pressure passing the operating indoor heat exchanger 7. Since the pressure is varied during the lowering, the refrigerant is pulsated, and fluctuation sound is generated according to its degree. In order to eliminate this state, even after a room heating inlet side valve 4 is closed, the exciting coil 8a of the room heating time outlet side valve 8 is energized for a predetermined period of time until the rotating speed and discharging pressure of the compressor reach stable state corresponding to the one-chamber operation to effectively attract a plunger to pen the valve. Thus, the fluctuation sound of the valve 8 due to the refrigerant pulsation upon pressure change is prevented.
