摘要： PURPOSE:To consistently manufacture the above mentioned wire using the belt caster method continuous casting machine, by keeping molten copper transfer process from melting furnace to the casting machine airtight and adding necessary amount of metal for addition in the molten copper from transfer conduit after the middle furnace or pouring vessel neigboring the inlet of the casting machine and then, preventing contamination. CONSTITUTION:Molten copper melted in the shaft furnace 1 by the combustion of C4H10 gas, is supplied to the belt caster method continuous casting machine 3 through the transfer conduit 7 and the pouring vessel 8 after passing through the transfer conduit 6 kept airtight and introducing in the middle furnace 2 and then, rising the temperature. On the one hand, the metal wire rod for addition 16 sent from the supply roll 17, is thrown in the vessel 8 from the vertical part 9 of the conduit 7 and is thrown in the molten copper stirring by dropping flow of the molten copper. Next, the copper alloy wire 15 rolled by the rolling machines 10. 11.12, is made from the casted continuous rod-shaped copper material 14. By the above method, contamination control of the molten copper and diffusion property of the metal for addition, are achieved.
