摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability to environment by providing an optical fiber guide to a laser diode mount stage which is mounted on a main body base so that its position can be changed and fixing the tip of an optical fiber quartz part to the optical fiber guide. CONSTITUTION:The laser diode chip 4 is soldered to the lower side of the laser diode mount stage 7 mounted on the main body base 1 so that its position can be changed, and the optical fiber guide 2 penetrates the higher side and is soldered with silver solder 6. The optical fiber guide 2 penetrates the main body base 1 and is held axially displaceable. The optical fiber 3 penetrates the guide 2 and the tip part of its quartz surface is fixed to the guide 2 by a solder part 5. When the optical fiber 3 is stressed or projected in high- temperature environment, the stress is relieved by the axial displacement of the guide 2 fitted to the laser diode mount stage 7, so neither the fatigue breakage of the fixing solder part 5 of the optical fiber 3 nor the breaking of the optical fiber 3 is caused.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce cost and energy loss by actuating a heat pipe with hot water after heat exchange, and melting snow with the heat pipe, while introduceing the hot air from a hot air generator to a hot air snowmelt duct for melting snow around a railway branch section. CONSTITUTION:The hot air generated by a hot air generator 5 is introduced to a hot air snowmelt duct 8 via an air duct 7, thereby melting snow around a railway branch section. On the other hand, a metal tube coil is wound around the external surface of the combustion cylinder 6 of the hot air generator 5, or a heat exchange section having a metal water circulation jacket is provided, thereby forming a hot water generator 9. In addition, the hot air from the combustion cylinder 6 is introduced to a snowmelt duct 8 via connection to the air duct 7. Furthermore, hot water generated at a hot water generation section 9 is introduced to a buffer tank 10 and hot water is pertinently supplied from the tank 10 to a hot water pipe 4, thereby heating the heating head of a heat pipe 3 laid at the railway branch section for snow melting. According to the aforesaid construction, both hot air and hot water systems can be actuated in combination by a single heat source to enable cost to be reduced and maintenance work to be simplified.
