    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a fluorine resin flexible laminate of superior flexing resistance, particularly in the cold season, elasticity, resistance to weather, resistance to oils and antifouling by forming a thick polyurethane resin layer or layers on a surface or the surface and rear surface of a base cloth of a special structure fabric constituted of warp layers consisting of a number of warps in parallel, weft layers consisting of a number of wefts in parallel crossing warps and interlocking yarns interlocking and connecting crossings and forming a thick fluorine resin film layer on the upper surface of a surface layer. CONSTITUTION:A laminate includes a special structure fabric base cloth, a polyurethane intermediate layer formed on one surface of the base cloth and a fluorine resin surface layer formed on said intermediate layer. The base cloth is constituted of natural fibers such as cotton and linene and synthetic fibers such as nylon 6 and others, and the fibers are arranged respectively in parallel, and laminated in a manner that warp layers and waft layers formed with the fibers are crossed with each other and connected loose at the crossings of warps and wefts by means of long interlocking yarns. The interlocking yarns are selected out of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon and inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and steel fibers. The generation of cracks in the cold season for the laminate thus prepared is less than for a laminate using plain weave fabric as base cloth this arrangement.

    • PURPOSE: To realize a surface which is highly soft and easy to work for a roller for record cleaning, by foming the surface with the elastic resin composed mainly of polynorbornane and containing the viscid resin.
      CONSTITUTION: The polynobornane is obtained by synthesizing the norbornane with ethylene and cyclopentadiene through the Diels-Alder reaction and then giving the ring oprning polymerization to the norbornane. This polynorbornane is plasticized with addition of the aromatic oil or naphthenic oil to show the elasticity like rubber. Then the viscid resin is added to the elastic polynorbornane in a range of 10W50wt%. Such elastic resin is used on the surface 6 of a rotary roller 2. Thus the dust on a record disc can be cleared away easily.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent electrostatic charge, to avoid electromagnetic wave trouble, and to enable application to using under an intense surface friction, by forming an electric insulating sheet section of a coarse mesh wooven ground fabric and an electric insulating coated layer, and by forming an electric insulating coated layer of an electric insulating coarse mesh sheet. CONSTITUTION:A special structure coarse mesh woven stuff is prepared by using 11 polyester filaments of 1000 denier for warp yarn 2 and cotton yarn 4, respectively, and a nylon filament thread of 110 denier for binding yarn 5. The woven stuff is immersed and impregnated into insulation processing liquid, whose pick-up rate is then made 100%, dried, and gelling heating at 180 deg.C is applied thereto to seal a resin. Thereby, an insulating coarse mesh sheet 1 is formed. Then, a transparent flexible conductive sheet 2 is formed which contains polyvinyl chloride resin of 100 pts.wt. and tin oxide powder of 10 pts.wt. and has a thickness of 0.1mm and a resistivity of 104 to 106OMEGA.cm. The transparent conductive sheet 2 is heated and bonded to both sides of the insulating coarse mesh sheet 1 by using a calender to form a flexible sheet.
