The temperature of a surface 1a in the room is computed with a circuit. The detected signals of the room temperature and the relative temperature in the room which are detected with the detectors 3 and 4 are inputted into the processor 6, and dew point temperature is computed. The processor 6 further computes the difference between the surface temperature in the room and the dew point temperature, and the result of the computation is displayed on a display part 7. Thus, the condensation of dew on the surface in the room can be found beforehand, and the occurrence of condensation can be prevented.
