CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped pipe 1 is connected to a lower end of the bottom water part of the gas supply pipeline provided vertically in a water treating tank, and an air vent hole 4 is provided drillingly at the first half part of an upper wall 1'' of a bending traverse part of the U-shaped pipe 1, and an open space 5 is formed at an upper part of the U-shaped pipe 1 and so bubbles just sticking to and retaining at the first half part of an inside of the pipe of the bending traverse part is purged immediately from the air vent hole 4 to the open space 5 at an outside of the U-shaped pipe 1.
