摘要： A rotary valve assembly is disclosed in which a rotary valve member is located within a casing having one or more fluid inlets and a plurality of fluid outlets. The rotary valve member has a fluid conduit which extends in a generally radial direction and which communicates with the fluid inlet. Fluid orifices communicate with the fluid conduit and exit through opposite sides of the rotary valve member to thereby minimize, or eliminate altogether, axial forces acting on the rotary valve member. Fluid outlet passages communicate with the two fluid orifices during at least part of the rotation of the rotary valve member to direct the pressurized fluid to the valve outlets. The rotary valve may include a pair of rotary valve members drivingly connected to each other such that they rotate synchronously. The connection may include gear teeth formed on the adjacent peripheries of the rotary valve members such that rotation of one of the valve members causes rotation of the other. Each valve member may have a separate fluid inlet and separate fluid outlets.

摘要： In a turbomachine, there is provided a fuel metering unit having a cylindrical outer sleeve containing a distributor cylinder in which a metering piston can be moved linearly under the action of a control element. The cylindrical sleeve has an inlet orifice for admitting fuel under pressure and at least one outlet orifice for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of the turbomachine, and the metering piston has an annular gap forming a distribution chamber for the fuel admitted via the inlet orifice and delivered via at least one outlet orifice. According to the invention, the distributor cylinder has a plurality of radial feed orifices for admitting fuel into the distribution chamber and at least a first metering orifice and at least a second metering orifice that are separated by a seal disposed at the periphery of the distributor cylinder.

摘要： A fuel injection system in a turbomachine, the system comprising a high pressure pump for pressurizing the fuel coming from a fuel tank to a high pressure P1, a plurality of fuel injectors disposed in a combustion chamber of the turbomachine, and a metering unit interposed between said high pressure pump and said plurality of injectors to control the rate at which fuel flows into the injectors from the high pressure pump, wherein said metering unit comprises a pressurization valve piloted to occupy two pressure levels by means of a metering valve fed with fuel from said high pressure pump. A solenoid stop valve for acting on the pressurization valve is also provided to interrupt the feed of fuel to the injectors.
