摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a protein-adsorbing material having both adsorption capacity and high-speed treatment performance applicable to not only analysis use but also industrial use, in balance, and to provide a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a protein-adsorbing material comprising a polymer base-material, a polymer side-chain immobilized to the surface of the polymer base-material and a functional group having protein adsorption ability and immobilized to the polymer side-chain, in which the mass of the polymer side-chain is 5 to 30% relative to the mass of the polymer base-material.

摘要： A plurality of pairs of opposed and vertically spaced guide rails are provided on the right and left sides of frame rods provided at the front and rear sides of a frame unit. Each guide rail has a cut portion provided at an appropriate intermediate position on the lower side thereof. A free tray adapted to be mounted on a pair of opposed right and left guide rails has projections at appropriate positions on the right and left side ends of the bottom thereof. The projections are engageable with the cut portions of the right and left guide rails. Individual trays are placed in parallel on the free tray. Each individual tray has a high side wall on one longitudinally extending side thereof and a low guide wall on the other longitudinally extending side. In accordance with the temperatures detected by the dough temperature sensor and the room temperature sensor, the motors and heaters are driven thereby to bake up the dough into bread within a predetermined length of time.

摘要： There is described a process for producing a filtration membrane that is also capable of adsorbing proteins. The process comprises the steps of subjecting a porous polymeric substrate to a graft polymerization reaction with a polymerizable monomer under exposure to an ultraviolet radiation or an ionizing radiation and thereafter bringing an amino acid into contact with the resulting graft membrane for immobilization. The amino acid is contained in an amount of 0.01-1 millimole per gram of the porous polymeric substrate. The polymerizable monomer to be grafted onto the porous polymeric substrate contains an epoxy group.
