    • The present invention provides a modular packing integrated circuit card and its manufacturing method. The above modular packing integrated circuit card comprises a shell, a composite chip unit, and a switch card with a specific interface format. The switch card has a predetermined space for locating the composite chip unit, and enabling the predetermined pins of the composite chip unit to be connected with the predetermined lines of the switch card. The switch card further includes an interface device for a specific interface format so as to connect with the predetermined lines. Finally, the switch card is fastened in the shell. Consequently, the composite chip unit can be manufactured as different interface formats by using different switch cards, such that different interface formats are easier to be exchanged with each other.

    • A tablet personal computer cover structure includes a foldable member to connect a cover bolster and a cover foldable board. The cover bolster includes a load board, a lower rotatable board and an upper rotatable board which are connected to be one-piece. The load board has a first pivot hole and the lower rotatable board has a second pivot hole or a linear guide portion or a curved guide portion. Male and female rotatable buckles are respectively inserted through the first pivot hole and the second pivot hole (or the linear guide portion or the curved guide portion) and engaged with each other. The upper rotatable board has an inner surface connected with a housing to accommodate a tablet personal computer. The cover bolster further has at least one transverse engaging piece disposed on an outer side thereof. The cover foldable board is composed of two stacked boards. The cover foldable board has a transverse fold line at a central portion thereof and at least one fixing member at an outer edge thereof. When the cover foldable board and the cover bolster are folded face-to-face through the foldable member, the personal computer is received in the housing and the at least one fixing member is inserted in the engaging piece to form a closed cover. When in use, the fixing member is disengaged from the engaging piece, and then the cover foldable board is folded outward. The upper and lower rotatable boards can be turned or shifted on the load board through the male and female rotatable buckles, so that the tablet personal computer received in the housing can be turned as desired. The cover foldable board is folded up reversely through the fold line, and the fixing member is inserted in the engaging piece, and the edge of the cover foldable board is against the engaging piece to form a triangular support for the user to extend his/her hand and hold the tablet personal computer. The present invention provides the user to use the tablet personal computer at any time and protects the tablet personal computer.

    • A method for inspecting a photomask is provided, which is applicable for the photomask with a pattern region and a blank region. First, a wafer is performed a photolithography process by the photomask. The wafer includes a plurality of exposure regions, each of which has a component pattern region. Each component pattern region is surrounded by a scribe line region. Each component pattern region corresponds to the pattern region of the photomask, while the scribe line region corresponds to the blank region of the photomask. Afterwards, the scribe line region is divided into a plurality of virtual pattern regions. The virtual pattern regions are processed by an overlap comparison step one by one. As at least one of the virtual pattern regions overlaps the others incompletely, a part of the blank region on the photomask corresponding to the incompletely-overlapping virtual pattern region has a haze.
