The first element is coupled in a free to rotate and removable manner relative to the second element by magnetic coupling. The first element includes a longitudinally extending engaging portion which is arranged to at least partially engage with an end portion of the cavity of the roll of sheet material so that the first element is fixedly secured to the roll of sheet material.
