    • The present invention provides a method and device for generating a filter coefficient in real time. The method includes: looking up a converted window function value in a converted window function table based on a current coefficient index; generating a current cut-off angular frequency; generating a look-up table address based on the current coefficient index, the filter order and the current cut-off angular frequency and looking up a sine value in a sine table based on the look-up table address; and multiplying the converted window function value by the sine value to obtain the filter coefficient. The device includes a first memory, a second memory, a look-up table address generation module and a first multiplier. The present invention is easily implemented with low hardware resource consumption and high flexibility, and is particularly applicable for the hardware implementation of high-order finite impulse response filters.

    • The present invention relates to a method, a terminal and a server for allocating a signal route resource in a Video On Demand (VOD) service. The method includes: sending a route detection message to a VOD server; receiving a route resource list replied by the VOD server; receiving a route detection stream according to a signal route resource in the obtained route resource list; judging, according to the received route detection stream, whether the signal route resource corresponding to the received route detection stream is valid; and reporting valid signal route resource information to the VOD server. Through a signal route detection method, a location of a VOD terminal device is automatically identified, so that roaming of the VOD terminal device may be realized, and when a coverage relation of the terminal is changed, the VOD service may be normally supported without any additional processing.

    • A showerhead that injects two process gases into the processing chamber via separate sets of holes. The showerhead is constructed of upper plate and lower plate. Upper plate has a first set of holes. The lower plate has two sets of holes: one set is aligned with the holes in the upper plate, while the second set has no corresponding holes in the upper plate.     • A real-time digital quadrature demodulation method and device for the ultrasonic imaging system are disclosed in this invention. In addition to a multiplying step and a filtering step, the method further comprises a sine and cosine table generating step for generating the sine and cosine table in real time, and a filter parameter generating step for generating corresponding filter parameters in real time to filter signals from the multipliers.
