    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint metal fitting for a segment, for securing rigidity to shearing force and tensile force acting on a joint part, by integrally casting a hardware body and an anchor member.
      SOLUTION: The joint metal fitting 30 for the segment is composed of a bolt installing part 31 for forming a bolt inserting hole 31s, a joint body 34 for forming a fastening space part 33 arranged on the back face side of this bolt installing part 31, a first anchor member 35 projected in parallel to the shaft direction of the bolt inserting hole 31s from the outer peripheral part back face side of this joint body 34, and a second anchor member 36 projected in the center of an outer peripheral part of the joint body 34, so as to incline obliquely backward to a side surface 10c becoming a connecting surface of the segments 10 and 10 adjacent in the axis direction of a heading. The joint body 34, the first anchor member 35, and the second anchor member 36 are integrally formed by casting.

      SOLUTION: Upper surface side two main reinforcements 2 parallel in the longitudinal direction, are arranged at a predetermined interval in the width direction of a precast slab. Under surface side one main reinforcement 3 is arranged in the middle in the width direction of the upper surface side main reinforcements 2. The upper surface side main reinforcements 2 and the under surface side main reinforcement 1 are fixed by an oblique reinforcement continuously formed in the longitudinal direction, and is fixed by a horizontal reinforcement 40 formed in an S shape continuing in the longitudinal direction from the upper surface side of the upper surface side two main reinforcements 2. A truss reinforcement joining body of a triangular shape in a cross-sectional view, is constituted of the upper surface side main reinforcements 2, the under surface side main reinforcement 1, the oblique reinforcement 4 fixing these reinforcements and the horizontal reinforcement.       SOLUTION: Two main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side, which are parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction, are arranged at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the precast plate. Then a main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side is arranged at the midpoint of the main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side in the width direction. The main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side and the main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side are fixed by an oblique reinforcement 4 which is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction. Then the two main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side are fixed by a horizontal reinforcement, which is formed in a continuous S shape, from the top surface side. A truss reinforcement connection, which is shaped like a triangle from a cross section view, is constituted by the main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side, the main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side, the oblique reinforcement 4 which fixes the main reinforcement 2 and the main reinforcement 3, and the horizontal reinforcement. Then the truss reinforcement connection is arranged on the precast plate in the width direction at predetermined intervals, and the precast plate is formed by pouring high-strength concrete.
