    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete sound absorbing structure at a low cost, which exhibits a high sound absorption coefficient, excellently absorbs noise having a frequency that falls in the range of a main frequency band of traffic noise, and facilitates mounting work thereof. SOLUTION: According to the concrete sound absorbing structure, a porous concrete panel 30 is mounted on a concrete wall body 20. The porous concrete panel 30 has a plurality of mounting fittings 31 embedded therein such that their distal ends protrude to a rear surface of the porous concrete, while the wall body 20 has insertion holes 21 formed therein at locations corresponding to the mounting fittings 31 embedded in the porous concrete panel 30, such that the mounting fittings 31 are loosely insertable in the insertion holes 21. Further the wall body 20 has a recess 22 in which the porous concrete panel 30 is embedded, such that a front surface of the porous concrete panel 30 is almost flush with a front surface of the wall body 20 when the porous concrete panel 30 is bonded to the wall body 20 by means of an adhesive.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting sound-absorbing plate for a road, which can be easily installed in a space-saving manner, and which can enhance sound-insulating performance.
      SOLUTION: This self-supporting sound-absorbing plate 1 is composed of a fence-shaped skeleton 2 made of concrete, and a porous concrete panel 3 which is stuck on one side surface or both side surfaces of the skeleton 2. A C-shaped fitting 4 is attached to front and back surfaces serving as both ends of the skeleton in such a manner that an opening surface is directed outward; an H-shaped fitting is engaged with the opposed mutual C-shaped fittings by making front and back surfaces of the two self-supporting sound-absorbing plates butt against each other, so that the self-supporting sound-absorbing plates can be rapidly connected together. The porous concrete panel is designed so that a maximum value of a sound absorbing coefficient can be set at about 1,000 Hz by setting a porosity to be in the range of 24-30% and setting a thickness to be in the range of 30-50 mm, and the sound absorbing coefficient is made to correspond to a main frequency band of a traffic noise. Additionally, a surface of the porous concrete panel is coated with a photocatalyst, so that the sound-absorbing performance can be prevented from being deteriorated caused by dirt and so that much labor for cleaning can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength reinforced concrete precast plate which is equal to or better than a post-tension prestressed concrete pavement in terms of strength, which does not need a large-scale facility such as a prestress introduction facility, and which makes possible rapid execution of a concrete pavement.
      SOLUTION: Two main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side, which are parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction, are arranged at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the precast plate. Then a main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side is arranged at the midpoint of the main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side in the width direction. The main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side and the main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side are fixed by an oblique reinforcement 4 which is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction. Then the two main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side are fixed by a horizontal reinforcement, which is formed in a continuous S shape, from the top surface side. A truss reinforcement connection, which is shaped like a triangle from a cross section view, is constituted by the main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side, the main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side, the oblique reinforcement 4 which fixes the main reinforcement 2 and the main reinforcement 3, and the horizontal reinforcement. Then the truss reinforcement connection is arranged on the precast plate in the width direction at predetermined intervals, and the precast plate is formed by pouring high-strength concrete.
