    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength reinforced concrete precast slab capable of quickly constructing concrete pavement, without requiring a large-scale facility such as a prestress introducing facility, by keeping strength equal to or more than post-tension prestressed concrete pavement.
      SOLUTION: Upper surface side two main reinforcements 2 parallel in the longitudinal direction, are arranged at a predetermined interval in the width direction of a precast slab. Under surface side one main reinforcement 3 is arranged in the middle in the width direction of the upper surface side main reinforcements 2. The upper surface side main reinforcements 2 and the under surface side main reinforcement 1 are fixed by an oblique reinforcement continuously formed in the longitudinal direction, and is fixed by a horizontal reinforcement 40 formed in an S shape continuing in the longitudinal direction from the upper surface side of the upper surface side two main reinforcements 2. A truss reinforcement joining body of a triangular shape in a cross-sectional view, is constituted of the upper surface side main reinforcements 2, the under surface side main reinforcement 1, the oblique reinforcement 4 fixing these reinforcements and the horizontal reinforcement. The reinforcement joining body is arranged at the predetermined interval in the width direction of the precast slab, and high strength concrete is placed. Resin is applied to an under surface of the high strength reinforced concrete precast slab.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength reinforced concrete precast plate which is equal to or better than a post-tension prestressed concrete pavement in terms of strength, which does not need a large-scale facility such as a prestress introduction facility, and which makes possible rapid execution of a concrete pavement.
      SOLUTION: Two main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side, which are parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction, are arranged at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the precast plate. Then a main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side is arranged at the midpoint of the main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side in the width direction. The main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side and the main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side are fixed by an oblique reinforcement 4 which is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction. Then the two main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side are fixed by a horizontal reinforcement, which is formed in a continuous S shape, from the top surface side. A truss reinforcement connection, which is shaped like a triangle from a cross section view, is constituted by the main reinforcement 2 on the top surface side, the main reinforcement 3 on the undersurface side, the oblique reinforcement 4 which fixes the main reinforcement 2 and the main reinforcement 3, and the horizontal reinforcement. Then the truss reinforcement connection is arranged on the precast plate in the width direction at predetermined intervals, and the precast plate is formed by pouring high-strength concrete.

Furthermore, when constructing the temporarily constructed precast concrete slab 20A actually, the smoothing plate 40 is first removed and then this precast concrete slab is actually constructed.

A smooth face material 17, which has a fixing bracket 17a suspended to undersurface, is arranged on the undersurface of the extended floor slab 16; and an injection hole 25 communicating with the undersurface of the smooth face material 17 is provided from a top surface of the extended floor slab 16 in advance. Subsequently, a grout material 28 is injected into a gap between a top surface of the base 22 and the undersurface of the smooth face material 17 is provided from the injection hole 25 of the extended floor slab 16 and the smooth face material 17 arranged on the base 22, so as to form the smooth sliding surface with the smooth face material 17 on the top surface of the base 22.
