The tool is formed so that by inserting a part of the fishing line, its connecting tool or a ring-formed connecting part in the fishing hook from the tip end of each of the spliced parts 3 between the spliced parts and the base main part 2, they can be engaged at each of the inside of the folded parts 31 of the two positions.
