摘要： A sheet medium flattening device (60) and financial self-service device. The sheet medium flattening device comprises: an installation frame (1); an annular channel (2), comprising an annular inner channel plate (21) and an annular outer channel plate (22), wherein the inner channel plate (21) has a hollow cavity provided with a heating module (23) therein, the heating module (23) provides heat to the inner channel plate (21), the outer channel plate (22) is an annular guiding plate surrounding the inner channel plate (21), and the outer channel plate (22) is provided with a sheet medium opening (221) abuttingly joined to a delivery channel (62) for the sheet medium; at least one pinch roller (3), forming a pinch with the inner channel plate (21); a reversing mechanism (4), disposed at the sheet medium opening (221) for realizing selectively delivering of paper money between the delivery channel (62) and the annular channel (2) of the flattening device (60); a driving device (5) and a control system. The flattening device (60) can reduce the level of crumpling of the paper money effectively and therefore improve the reliability and stability of processing that a financial self-service device performs on the paper money such as delivery, identification, and stacking.
