摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a paint circulating device which is capable of maintaining a necessary spray pressure and amount while a circulation rate and velocity of flow are low values in order to lessen the degradation in the grade of paint and a paint consumption rate is high. CONSTITUTION: A circulation pump 36' is used for a paint circulating device for supplying the paint to plural distributors 41'. An injection pump 46' operated by an electric motor capable of detecting pump characteristic injects the paint into a circulation network from a reservoir in order to maintain the prescribed pressure in the circulation network 34'. When the paint distributor with a valve is closed by a 'leakage' passage 51 having a prescribed restriction, the paint leaves the circulation network. If an automatic timer valve 54 is used for a leakage bypass, the velocity of the flow in the circulation network may be varied. The viscosity and amount of the paint are determined by such component parts, by which the settlement of the paint particles in the circulation network and the degradation in the grade of the circulating paint are minimized and the measurement of the wear of the circulating motor is made possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for cleaning fluid pipes which can stably supply fluid and air at a proper mixing ratio in order to clean the fluid pipes by utilizing turbulent flow. SOLUTION: The device 10 for cleaning fluid pipes by utilizing turbulent flow is provided with a gas supplying means 14 for supplying compressed gas which is pressure-regulated into the fluid pipe 40 and a fluid supplying means 28 for flowing pressurized solvent into the fluid pipe 40. Further, the fluid supplying means 28 is variable in speed which enables a fixed speed and displacement type operation for the turbulent flow cleaning in the fluid pipe 40 at any given setting.
