    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly attach an annular transponder unit to a tire by a highly reliable and automated method while suppressing the work contents to a minimum. SOLUTION: A nozzle block 110 which is used for the application of an adhesive has an adhesive pipe 226 which extends to the internal end section in the nozzle block, a lateral directional channel 112 which extends on the internal side of the nozzle block while becoming a recess, and is opened along the side surface facing the annular surface of the tire, and at least one adhesive ports 228 and 230 which are provided in a manner to face the opened side surface of the channel in the channel, and by which a fluid communicates between the channel and the internal end section of the adhesive pipe. The nozzle block is arranged to be adjacent to the annular surface of the tire. The annular transponder unit is moved in the axial direction, and is inserted in the channel of the block for each segment.
