    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying filler for use with a tunnel waterproofing technique in which an inlet is not formed through a sheet itself but only in a cover and a junction of adjacent waterproof sheets is effectively utilized.SOLUTION: Arch-shaped concrete forms 4 each having a waterproof sheet 5 with a cover 9 laid on a sheet body 8 wound around it are disposed along the underside of a primary lining concrete sprayed on the underside of a tunnel, and a filling chamber is provided between the underside of the primary lining concrete and the top face of the cover 9 of the waterproof sheet 5. In the concrete form 4, an inlet 10 is provided and a window 11 having a lid 13 is provided so as to be openable/closable. At mutually facing ends of both waterproof sheets 5 adjacent each other in a longitudinal direction X of the tunnel, an inlet 14 is provided, while avoiding an overlap portion where an end 9a of one cover 9 and an end 9a of the other cover 9 are superposed with one another, and an injection chamber 15 is provided on the sheet body 8, while moving away an end 8a of one sheet body 8 and an end 8a of the other sheet body 8 from between the inlet 10 of the concrete form 4 and the inlet 14 of the cover 9. Thus, a filler 16 is supplied to the filling chamber by utilizing a junction between both waterproof sheets 5 when the waterproof sheets 5 are disposed side by side in the longitudinal direction X of the tunnel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for placing concrete, which eliminates time and effort for setting a heating body, and contributes to reduction of power consumption.
      SOLUTION: The form 3 for placing concrete has cylindrical reinforcing ribs 35 of a closed cross section, formed along an inner surface of an external wall 321 abutting on the concrete C, at a plurality of locations. Then hot air generators 42 are provided for the form, and hot air feeding pipes are connected to one-side cylinder openings of the reinforcing ribs 35, respectively, via a blast pipe 43 and a header pipe 44 which are extended from each hot air generator 42.

      SOLUTION: A method and a device for placing the concrete 14 in a tunnel 12 by using a form 16 are characterized in that: a concrete carrying-out pipe 26, which is arranged outside the form 16, is suspended on a tight fastening member 20 which is tightly fastened between hoisting mechanisms 18 arranged outside in the front and rear of the form 16, so as to be freely movable in the circumferential direction of the form 16; the pipe 26 is moved in the vertical direction of the form 16 by the movement, in the circumferential direction of the form 16, of both the hoisting mechanisms 18 and moved in the longitudinal direction off the form 16 by hoisting the member 20 by means of the hoisting mechanism 18; and the concrete 14 is uniformly placed between an inner wall surface 58 of the tunnel 12 and the form 16.
