摘要： The present disclosure provides methods and systems for sequencing nucleic acid molecules at reduced phase error. Methods may include providing a plurality of particles coupled to a nucleic acid molecule. The plurality of particles may be positioned adjacent to a sensor array. A primer may be hybridized to the nucleic acid molecule and a primer extension reaction may be performed to incorporate nucleotides into an extending primer. Signals indicative of nucleotide incorporation may be detected by the sensor array and phase error may be monitored and corrected. The signals indicative of nucleotide incorporation may be used to determine a sequence of the nucleic acid molecule, thereby generating a sequence of the nucleic acid molecule at a reduced phase error.

The teeth on the wheel are cut at an inclination as shown in Fig. 2, and a gap is left at C', so that, on the nail head coming into contact with the casing, it is automatically pushed into the channel E. By the abovementioned mechanism and a spring catch M' engaging with holes in the ratchet-wheel M, the wheel D is rotated step-by-step to deliver the nails S one by one into the inclined shoot E. The nail first rests against the driver G, and when this rises falls between the grippers H beneath it.
