    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery system capable of preventing a saturated desuperheater liquid from flowing through a steam system in a downstream of a desuperheater. SOLUTION: Superheaters 60, 62 generate a superheated steam flow in a steam route, in the exhaust heat recovery system 10. A control valve 68 coupled to an intermediate desuperheater 64 controls a flow of a temperature regulation liquid to the intermediate desuperheater 64. A controller 66 coupled to the control valve 68 and the intermediate desuperheater 64 further includes a feedforward controller 92 for finding a desired flow rate of the temperature regulation liquid, and a trimming feedback controller 96 for compensating an error of the found flow rate of the temperature regulation liquid, and for finding a net desired flow rate of the temperature regulation liquid flowing in an inlet of the intermediate desuperheater 64 through the control valve 68, based on an exit temperature of steam from the superheater 62. The controller 66 finds a control valve demand, based on a characteristic of the flow to the valve, operates the control valve 68, and injects a desired temperature regulation flow rate, to regulate a temperature in an upstream of an inlet to the superheater 62.
