    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a backing sheet layer on a steep slope or on an easy slope by forming the backing sheet layer from nonwoven fabric cloth, woven cloth, etc., between the whole area of which a conductive sheet is disposed, and constituting a seepage control layer with a waterproof layer consisting of a waterproof material, such as a quick setting liquid resin material, sprayed and fixed on the whole surface of the backing sheet. SOLUTION: A recessed part 3 is formed on the ground 2 to be made into a final waste disposal site, and seepage control layer 1 is laid on the bottom of and on the slope surface of this recessed part 3. In this seepage control layer 1, a backing sheet layer 7 is formed with a backing sheet consisting of nonwoven fabric cloth the whole area of which a conductive sheet 4, such as an aluminum sheet, a copper sheet, and a geosynthetic clay liner, is laid. At a field, a waterproof material 8 such as a quick setting liquid resin material is sprayed and fixed on the whole surface of the backing sheet of this backing sheet layer 7 so as to be a prescribed thickness, thereby a water resistant layer 9 is formed. In such a way, the backing sheet layer 7 can be easily installed on a steep slope and on an easy slope.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to test the film thickness and the pin hole over the whole surface with non-destructive inspection by consisting a water impervious layer used to a bulkhead of a river, etc., of a base sheet layer formed with non-woven fabric, etc., provided with a conductive sheet on the whole surface, and a water-proof layer formed of a water proofing material sprayed and fixed on the whose surface of the base sheet layer. SOLUTION: The impervious layer 1 laid on the bottom of a recess part 3 formed on the ground surface 2 of a final waste disposing site or the slope surface position, is constituted of the base sheet layer 7 formed of the base sheet formed with short fiber non-woven fabric 5, etc., provided with the conductive sheet 4 on the whole surface, and the water proof layer 9 formed of the water proofing material 8 sprayed and fixed on the whose surface of the base sheet. This kind of the water proofing layer 1 can be measured for the film thickness of the water shielding layer 9 and the pin hole through the conductive sheet 4 with a non-destructive testing device. The base sheet of the base sheet layer 7 may be formed from a geo-synthetic clay linear having self repairing performance, thus the water leakage can be prevented from occuring with work of the self repairing performance, even the sheet is damaged if anything should happen.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain enough tensile strength and to surely prevent water leakage caused by breakage from occurring by a method wherein a sheet material for water shielding constituted of a non-woven fabric and a net sheet is laid down on the surface of ground such as a site for disposal of waste and an permeable coagulation material or an instantaneous coagulation material is sprayed to form a water shielding sheet layer. SOLUTION: When a water shielding sheet layer is formed on the surface of ground where a site for disposal of waste is formed, a sheet material 3 for water shielding is laid down on the surface of the ground on the top face of which a water shielding sheet layer can be formed so as to cover it. As this sheet material 3 for water shielding, a product constituted of a non-woven fabric 4 with cushioning properties and water permeability, a net sheet 5 wherein a high strength polyester fiber fixed so as to cover the top face of this non-woven fabric 4 is used as a raw material and a top non-woven fabric 6 fixed so as to cover the top face of this net sheet, is used. In addition, a water shielding processing wherein a slowly coagulating permeable coagulating material 12 is sprayed and coagulated on the sheet material 3 for water shielding by using a spray apparatus, is applied to form the water shielding sheet layer.
